I called Greg (Action Pressure Washing) for a quote to pressure wash a small concrete patio. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I thanked him for his quick call back but that I would try doing the job myself. So what did he say??? Unsolicited, he asked me several questions about the problems I would be trying to clean and gave me his professional opinion on how best to get the job done- he told me what I planned to use would not work but readily available cleaning products would, he advised me to protect my clothing from stain and even told me how I could avoid tracking into my home!!! I didn't hire him for this job but I most certainly will when I'm ready to have all of my concrete pressure washed. Thank you again Greg for being a good business owner and sharing your knowledge. read more

Action Power Washing is professional power washing. Very smart crew who pay attention to all the details and make sure every job gets done with a high level of satisfaction. Two times they have washed our property and both times they arrived on time and ready to get the job done right. Taking care to minimize unwanted damage from the process and even minimize noise in certain areas for pets or home work meetings. The staff were efficient and helpful and the whole process basically took zero attention to get done. The results are stunning (you can see before and after pics on their website) and I highly recommend them for serious power washing jobs. read more

I forgot to post a review about Action earlier this year. We had significant staining issue on patio from leaves and residue from a water containment product. Action power washed it with the right cleaning solution for this job. Difference in the patio was remarkable. Really nice folks. Arrived on time, easy to make appointment, and professional. We will defintely use them again! read more

So, I hired this Task Rabbit. He seemed really nice. And he did a great job hanging some curtains for me, So, I hired him to help me put a lattice privacy fence on my gorgeous, tiled patio. I definitely grew concerned when my continued questions as to why they were not laying down plastic on my patio tile were diminished to "worry"--but I tried to trust. Well...fast forward, I landed myself two large patches of RED water based painted sprayed into my gorgeous stone tiles. Sprayed, seeped in, baked in the sun paint. I called Action Pressure Washing. Greg had me send pictures to see if he thought he should even make the trip---it sounded THAT bad. Greg and his partner came over and once again, it looked bleak. The consensus was I would most likely need to retile. But, then Greg tried a few things---magic techniques. And lo and behold! That paint started to lift. The crew continued to run this technique for about 3-4 hours...and when they were done, viola!!! The paint was gone! These guys were clean---I mean SUPER clean. They even hosed down all of my patio furniture for me without even asking me. Just value add after value add with these guys. Nice, uber pros, and easy to work with. Definitely HIRE THEM if you need a great power washer! They were so good, my neighbors hired them on the spot to do their patio too! Love them. read more

Great service, professional, courteous and reasonable! My walkways, steps and driveway were black and algae covered in many areas. They are spotless and white now. This is a job where you shouldn't try and save a few dollars - well worth it to let this pro take care of it for you. read more

Action Pressure Washing - Pressure Washers Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

Greg and team were easy to work with. Excellent customer service and care. The results far exceeded our expectations. Previous power washers did not do as well. We have a lot of colored concrete in our front and back. A lot. We hadn't had it washed in 4 years because of the drought. Orinda is prone to mold as we can go days and weeks without seeing the sun. They cleaned it all up, and only took 1 day!!! You guys rock! Rowell and Gary - Orinda read more

Based largely upon other Yelp reviews, I selected Action Pressure Washing to clean all my hardscape. Gregg and his team did an incredible job on my driveway, patios and rock work. It all looks brand new. Most important was the level of customer service I received! He was timely with all communications, and more than reasonable. If I could give them Six Stars I would. I would not hesitate for an instant in recommending him to anyone. read more

I hired Greg and his team to clean the brick walkways around my home, in addition to the back patio hardscape.... we bought this home in Moraga a year ago and the previous owner had let moss and dirt build up for 25+ years. The work? -- fantastic! the brick walkways look brand new like they just installed the red bricks. the back patio is super clean. Greg and his team moved all the outdoor furniture and plants, etc to to do the work and then put everything back into place. excellent work and they even texted me photos along the way with the before/after photos. Great job and I would highly recommend them. thank you read more

We hired Action Pressure Washing last October to clean the overhangs over our two new patios. Because the pavers were just installed, Gregg checked with our contractor to determine when the contractor recommended it would be safe to pressure wash the overhangs. This is something none of the contractors did. Gregg said the most important thing was not to harm the pavers and give us sparkling clean overhangs. He did both! You want great customer service and a great job, hire Action Pressure Washing - you won't be disappointed! Thank you Gregg and Eileen, you were a delight to work with. read more

I've owned my home for 16 years and I'm not sure how long the deck was here before I bought it. My husband has done the stripping and staining for years but we decided it was looking pretty bad and needed professional work. Owner Greg and his guys stripped, set nails, sanded, and stained it. They even rebuilt a step that had rotted. The deck looks great!. Every day Greg touched base with me to let me know what they had done and when they would be back to finish the job. Greg's quote was substantially lower than another quote I received for the same work. He was also able to fit my job in right away. Absolutely recommend them. Great service and great work! read more

My mother's house was ready for Halloween: 60 years of drooping cobwebs and filth needed to be washed off. So I called Greg and he came out and gave me a super good price. (In W.C., everyone wants to be a millionnaire--I was charged $500 to put in two locks!) A few days later he and his crew came out. They said they'd seen worse. Within a few hours of their nonstop toiling the house was a completely new one. Sounds corny, but really, I was swooning with joy. I simply could not believe what I saw. The washing added about $100,000 to the value of the place. To top off the day, his associate, Garrett, bought my mother's old car I'd been trying to sell! Can't say enough good stuff about this business, Greg, or his staff. read more

I can't say enough good things about Gregg and his crew. They were courteous, hardworking, friendly and professional. They made my deck, driveway, balconies, and walkways all look brand new! read more

Put down your residential pressure washer and hire this company! Greg and his workers did a fabulous job cleaning my driveway, garage doors, eaves, back courtyard, trellis, gazebo, pool coping, walkways and BBQ area. They even cleaned my patio cushions AND cleaned the windows that had been sprayed! Even though my husband usually pressure washes yearly in the spring, there is no comparison to a professional job. This company sticks to all of the environmental guidelines and catches all of the water. My frontyard and backyard look completely new. My trellis looks freshly painted. They covered my roses to blast the trellis and my roses are still blooming and look amazing against the newly cleaned white trellis. Their price is so reasonable. Truly an A+ job! read more

After having hired a guy who had no idea what he was doing, I lucked into finding Gregg and his team. What a difference. He knows his business, he's reliable, and his team was awesome. He did exactly what he said he would do, and even knocked a bit off the price because he knew I'd already paid for the other guy, so he's compassionate too. All in all a wonderful home repair experience. I highly recommend Action Pressure Washing. Thanks, Gregg! I appreciate it!! read more

My yard has not been cleaned/pressure washed in several years. Action Pressure Washing was recommended in my Nextdoor app. Called them and they were very responsive to my first inquiry. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They arrived on time, got right to work and did an unbelieveable job. Even better than I could have imagined, and I'm pretty fussy. They powerwashed my driveway, sidewalk and entry area to my home. They also did my backyard walkway, patio and white portico, which has not been "white" for some time, especially after the winter we just had. They did a fabulous job and completely cleaned up after themselves. Gregg and his team are awesome. I would definately recommend them and will use them again in the future. read more
