We scheduled a roofing estimate for 10AM and waited at home all morning, but nobody showed up. Then they said the estimator would arrive around 11AM. Nobody had arrived by then either, so we called again. This time they said someone had already came by but nobody was at home. The excuse was so ridiculous. We were home the entire time, and our front door camera did not capture anyone coming to the house at all. Customer support said they would confirm with the estimator, but they didn't call us back and stopped answering our calls. What made this even more frustrating was that it seemed intentional, because they initially had my husband's phone number, and after he called many times with no answer, I tried calling from my own number and they immediately picked up. Once they had my number on file, they stopped answering my calls too. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. Poor communication, dishonest excuses, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend.

After three voicemails to other companies and no return call, I called Moran Roofing. I spoke directly to the owner Brett and within hours he had sent over two professionals to assess the damage.
