Instead, after a conversation with ProBuilt, they were able to provide fair market pricing, customer consultation for the best course of action, and almost immediate scheduling to avoid any delays. The care and craftsmanship was obvious in the final appearance of the repaired asphalt, footing, and bollard as well as the overall process from proposal to invoice. As a commercial property manager, working with ProBuilt is priceless, from avoiding lengthy scheduling delays to always being available to pick up the phone, ProBuilt is always my first choice.

Auggie and his team renovated our guest bathroom. He greatly exceeded my expectations for the job…read more We plan to use him again for all future projects and I've already recommended him to our friends interested in a remodeling project. He replied to my email inquiry very quickly, he came onsite to assess the job and sent me a detailed, professional quote that night, as promised. The quote was extremely affordable and transparent. While at the house to assess the job for the quote, Auggie took measurements for me to tell me the tub dimensions I'd need and his recommended sizes for the vanity, etc. He was very friendly and I immediately trusted him. His team was flexible and accommodating with their scheduling. They were able to start as soon as all the essential materials arrived. The team did great work; they arrived early and worked continuously all day, only taking one break for lunch. Our project was executed during covid; the team wore masks the entire time and maintained social distance during interactions. We felt extremely safe with the team in our home. Covid aside, the team was extremely orderly and clean; they put down protective floor coverings, kept the job site organized, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly everyday. Throughout the entire process, Auggie was honest, he kept within our budget, worked hard and fast, and never disappointed us. At the end of the project, Auggie did a walk through and gave us a folder that included a summary sheet with line items of all material expenses and hard copies of all the original receipts - I was shocked. As for the final product, the pictures attached speak for themself - Beautiful!

HER insurance company, State Farm, refused to come to my house to access the damage and provide the repair/rebuild estimate. They said it was MY responsibility to contact the different companies and send in the estimates. Fortunately on my 21th call to another company, I was referred to Tony Gonzalez at Calsystem Restoration Services for help.
