this company calls you to go do contract work for them and then when you bill them, they want to call you and devalue and belittle you to lower your invoice amount. He finds creative solutions for the many jobs and projects that we have given him. He is very accommodating with his schedule and goes out of his way to make things happen. He is also extremely aware of protecting the areas he works in from dust etc. I have worked with high end contractors on several residential design projects and Kurt's standard of work is at that level. I'm so grateful I found Kurt on Yelp. I highly recommend him and his crew for painting and other "around the house" tasks. First, Kurt closed up a large doorway between two rooms - framing, sheet rock + texture. Then he painted my whole place, including caulking and painting new trim, removing and patching drapery hardware and hanging a flat screen TV. Kurt did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He always showed up exactly when he said he would and left my place immaculate at the end of each day. You couldn't even tell it was in the middle of being painted. I had just had new wood floors installed (I had already hired someone else before I met Kurt or I would have used him) and they were super careful with them and all my belongings. Kurt installed an attic fan a couple years ago and he did such a great job we called him back to install lights for our front and garage doors and another one in the back. I asked how much time he had as I also needed him to also change a bad light switch and then asked him to check our kitchen sink that was draining very slowly. He checked the drain pipe but found no clog. It was something more complicated and made recommendations as he had to go onto his next job. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He originally came to our house to do a simple window caulking repair and since then has done electrical, plumbing, and painting, including resurfacing a very water damaged wall.
