Just as I was about to make a decision, Brightedge reached out and, after some back-and-forth, offered a reduced price. They had fewer reviews than the other companies, which made the choice a bit uncertain--but I ultimately decided to give this newer business a chance. I'm so glad I did. They were able to fit the job into my preferred timeframe and even provided a virtual quote based on window count and mapping tools, which made the process easy and efficient. From the moment they arrived--right on time--they were professional, courteous, and worked nonstop for the five to six hours they were here. The quality of their work was outstanding. Some of my windows unfortunately have condensation between the panes, which I had mentioned in advance. They did everything they could to improve their appearance and took the time to clearly explain why that happens and what it means long-term. I really appreciated their willingness to educate me--it's information that will be useful going forward.
