They…read morefirst renovated our kitchen and master bedroom during COVID about six years ago under the previous owner, and we had a great experience then. More recently, we had an upstairs bedroom leak that required removing both the floor and subfloor. Their team handled the repairs beautifully, installing new flooring and even adding a smart toilet. We also had them remodel our downstairs bathroom, and both projects were completed with outstanding workmanship--on time and with a high level of professionalism. Alex, the project manager, coordinated everything smoothly and kept the process stress-free. The new owner, Andy Moore, clearly continues the company's tradition of delivering excellent service and genuinely caring for local clients. We really value businesses that support and serve the community, and Family Floors & More does exactly that. Highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

We had flooring installed in a home in 2022 and it is already lifting. The inspector from the manufacturer finally showed up after months of waiting and numerous phone calls. Then I was told that the claim was denied because the installer had installed it incorrectly. However, we used Flooring Liquidator's installer and they are still not willing to fix it. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I will no longer use their services and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I was told that they no longer have a Claims Dept. so if you buy something and have any issues - There is NO WARRANTY on the product and they DO NOT honor their work. They don't even deserve one star.

He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The cost was average of what I was quoted by others and was a great value for the work completed. After Hugo left Spike checked in to follow up.
