Bobby said he might be able to come Saturday but didn't call me again until Monday even though I asked him to call me back Saturday and make an appointment. After calling him twice on Monday with no response, I called Crafty Carpenters to tell them the work wasn't finished and I need someone. Bobby and Joe never returned to complete their unfinished work. We hired someone else who had to remove some of the papering that was previously done. He also noted that the walls hadn't been smoothed by Nobby and Joe. This newly hired person, NOT from Crafty Carpenters , did an excellent job. I will never used Crafty Carpenters for any job as the owner just defended them to me and did not offer any recompense or other help to make this right.

Joe verified by phone that he'd finish the job so I foolishly paid Octavio. Then communication dried up! I had to text, call and beg for job completion. It took until February 26, 2025 for Joe & another person to almost complete the job - leaving a board & weatherstrips missing. They consistently arrived late & did not communicate - leaving me to inquire and hope for a response.

I honestly thought it was going to be a huge problem, but he worked magic. He figured out exactly what needed to be done, made everything fit beautifully, and the finished result looks perfect. He was incredibly professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, arrived on time, and treated my home with care and respect. He worked impressively fast without ever cutting corners, and it was obvious right away that he is highly skilled and truly knows his craft. What stood out most was how kind, friendly, and respectful he was. So many contractors can be gruff or difficult to work with, but Evgeny was the complete opposite -- patient, warm, and genuinely pleasant. His pricing was very fair, and the value for the quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

From my perspective it was a pretty complicated job. From the start Enrique was honest, communicative, and did a great job explaining what was possible. When it came time to do the work, his team did it in the time promised and their work was excellent quality with great attention to detail (and the price was reasonable). I appreciated how Enrique kept me informed each step of the way and laid out the different options. The end product was outstanding and we are so happy that Enrique and his team were able to leave us with a beautiful deck and shade structure. It was clear from the start that he took pride in his work and wanted to do a great job. I would definitely recommend them!
