I wanted to give this company a really great review but sadly I could not. The job they did in my…read moreapartment was rushed, unorganized and a little chaotic at times. However, I will say George is very friendly and has great customer service so I'm not for sure if I could give the kind of review that I really want to because he helped me allot while having to be under the owner of the apartments strict guidelines! The owner of the apartments are extremely cheap so I'm not for sure if the job that this company did was due to contract they had with the owner of the apartments. I will say that George went a little above and beyond for me and I appreciate him, but the overall job of what took place in my apartment took a very long time and it was a job that I believe could have been broken up in days rather than a job that took almost 12 hours to complete and I still had to have maintenance come over to complete the job that they left un repaired! For example, the bathtub that I got was beautiful, but they didn't caulk or a cover-up some of the areas after they installed it so when the maintenance came over, I was told that this company told them that they didn't have to seal up the opening that is left and that they were only going to cover up the holes that were left where bugs could come through after this company finish the drywall near the bathtub! So other words, I have a beautiful bathtub, but it's not properly sealed, and there is an area where there is a space between the floor that wasn't initially there so it looks like when I were to mop the floor water could spill down in between the space area that was left un repaired! When the owner of this company showed up, he seemed to have an attitude and his service wasn't really friendly at all! His name is Art and he seemed to rush George and I believe that that was part of the reason why the job wasn't completed in my opinion or thoroughly explained to me when they left as to why they left it that way I had to call maintenance who I didn't want to deal with again in the first place to come over and that was a long drawn out or deal so it's hard to say with this company. I personally wouldn't give them another try but because George and his son were very kind and it seemed good at what they did they make this company worthwhile! There were debris left that wasn't cleaned up and some areas of my apartment as well as outside of my apartment and after so long of dealing with these horrible apartment owners and maintenance. It sucks to have to go through vendors that aren't as professional or organized as you assume that they would be.!

I needed a Dusk Til Dawn LED Floodlight installed on a stucco side of our home that had no outlets, no switches, no fixtures on the exterior. I knew I would need a conduit, some drilling done, and some cuts into some interior receptacles to get things going. Anthony explained everything he would need to get and prep for, what he would need to do on the day of install and how long it would take overall. His quote was very very fair when comparing to the bigger Electrical Companies and those that come from just outside the County and charge a "travel fee" just to come out for a quote. From time of arrival on installation day, he was done in about 2.5 hours. Upon completion, everything had been tested and cleaned up, before they departed. Anthony is very personable & honest. Second time was to replace a garbage disposal and fix a leak by the shower. 2 previous people at looked at the shower and said it needed to be replaced for about 18000 dollars. Carlos showed me where it was just a poor caulking connection. He replaced the caulk opened up the wall, replaced the insulation and then replaced the drywall and painted it to match. So even though I had told the City of Lodi to not transfer my utilities or shut them off. They did so. After that I had to have the city of Lodi come turn them back on. Sadly after they were turned back on. I still had no power. I was told that I needed to contact an electrician. After reaching out to about 5 different electricians and then they wanted an arm and a leg. I gave my last phone call to A&A electric and I had explained to Paul the same exact thing that I had been telling every other company. Paul who I assume is the owner of A&A electric. Explained to me that since I live in a complex that I would need to go outside to the meters and there would be a breaker that needs to be flipped back on. Everyone that I spoke to didn't bother to tell me this. They wanted me to make an appointment for them to come out to look and see what the problem was. And then charge me an arm and a leg! Along with quotes for same day service call costing me over $400 dollars! I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have someone like Paul there to help me out and not just wanting to make a buck! Old school concern and care. It was over 90 degrees and I hadn't had any power since 8am so I was almost in tears by this time. So I can assure you that if I ever ever need an electrician it will be A&A that I call! Honest and down to earth but most importantly Paul but honesty in front of making a quick buck off me!
