Stay absolutely clear of this company. They installed a new water heater and charged an outrageous…read more$900 for labor alone. I don't mind paying higher amount but then I do expect quality of work and good customer service . Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

Going to take this time to vent... not about Drain Time, they were great. Got a quote, was given…read morealternatives including how to DYI (literally every step plus what not to do), but I opted to have them do it for peace of mind since I am not handy and they offer a great warranty. The guy that came out was professional, did a great job, and walked me through the process (which was exactly as I was told on the phone). The problem is how my wife noticed our spigot was leaking outside... and AFTER the guy fixed it, my wife asked if she could just leave the water on and just close the hose nozzle when shes done using it. So we fixed a leak that we wouldn't even had notice should my wife had a thought a day earlier. Sigh...

As great as that was, i should have done more estimates as they charged way more than it should have been. Word of advice, get a toilet through a store, then have them install it for cheaper. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been. And all they care about is you rating them and keep asking you to rate them through email and phone.
