We had several leaky faucets in the house, and also need to have a new kitchen sink faucet put in. However, even more troubling, was the fact that our water bill had skyrocketed it. It sounded like water was running in the house all the time, and we couldn't figure out where. I called Steve on Friday afternoon, and he managed to get back to me that day at the very end of his day -around 7 o'clock - to set up an appointment. When his technician Aaron came in, he was able to quickly assess what we needed. What was especially impressive is Aaron also figured out exactly what was going on - we had a huge water leak in the front of our yard. After Aaron installed the kitchen sink faucet, he got to work and was able to lock down our leak install new piping to fix the problem and effectively fixed our huge water leak. This is a tremendous relief, as this will save us thousands of dollars per year. I will call Steve Garrison, plumbing and Aaron for all of our plumbing needs from now on. This is the second time that Garrison Plumbing has serviced our tankless water heater. The first time they were 5 stars and it was no different this time. Well except that I did have an issue a few hours after they completed the service. The unit stopped dispensing hot water! I called the number at about 8:30 and left a message. The annual flushing of the hot water heater is a quick easy (they do the work) way to avoid problems. My hot water heater was "singing" after the tank was flushed, the heating unit cleaned it fell silent. I really didn't understand why the heater needed annual flushing, but thanks to Alex's patient explanation I will not ignore my tanks annual maintainer. Our behemoth 75 Gal water heater finally died, and we had standing water beneath it. S. Garrison Plumbing came out that same day, drained it for us so it wouldn't cause any water damage. We decided we wanted to go tankless. Jordan gave us a ballpark range for cost. I remember my husband was a bit nervous, since we didn't have a set price, and the lower end of it was higher than other estimates from the year/s before. (We've been looking at doing this for some time, so knew the ballpark price.) Well, they replaced it the next day, and the bill was much lower than their lowest price quoted to us, because (as Jordan said), it didn't take as long as they thought. Perhaps our setup was good, and we got lucky. But they could have totally charged us more and we'd have paid it, because we would never have known. So refreshing to have honest work done. Our toilets and shower were backing up and another plumber came out this morning and said they can't fix my problem because he couldn't find the main clean out. I called Steve Garrison Plumbing and spoke to Jimmy. He came right over and tried to find the clean out with no luck. He called another employee, Alex, who had the tools on his truck to locate the sewer line. Together they located the sewer line and will be installing a clean out in the near future. They were able to clear the back up in my house using the kitchen clean out. Alex will also be installing 2 new toilets for me when I get them. When I called him, he asked some questions and he requested that I send him some pictures. He got back to me and he provided me with a solid quote, as well a some great information. Had a leak in our tub that was discovered underneath our house. Ended up being an issue dating back to home construction over a decade ago, where the overflow was up against a floor joist. In addition, the shower faucet cartridge needing to be replaced. He fixed the overflow by installing an offset, replaced the shower faucet cartridge and drain plug, and no mess left in the house. Was it cheap? No. Was it expensive? Well..more like worth the work that was done. Pay once, cry once. Job gets done right and nothing further to worry about. read more

I'll start by saying the two techs are great, the owner, not so much. We spent several hundred dollars on well water testing and provided the results to Steve with a request to install a solution to address the poor water quality, the white residue on everything the water touches, etc. We also had a new water heater installed given the existing one was loaded with sediment. After spending $5000, NONE of the water quality problems have been resolved. I was then asked to spend more money for testing, which I did and the water softener company he farms his customers out to took months to provide a quote for yet another system and that was only after my numerous follow ups to both them and Steve. I; however, still have not received the quote given it was sent to Steve rather than me. So here we are several months and $$$$$$ later and we still have to hand wash glassware, silverware, my new Cutco knives are stained from the water, our fixtures are stained, our clothes are fading, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! read more

Called For an estimate to move our range gas line. Steve was professional and gave us facts on how to repair. He spent the time to answer all of our questions. We felt extremely comfortable with Steve so we set up an appointment. Not only did he execute exactly to the plan but he called to see if we wanted it done earlier as an opening had come up. He had a technician out within an hour of the call. Josh arrived promptly and began his work. They charge by the hour so you fear they will take their time but not Josh. He executed the plan cleanly and with precision. By the way, he as $200.00 cheaper than the next estimate. If you need a plumber, call Steve first. We've used his company twice (2 different problems!) in the last month. First was a slow draining tub. His team unclogged that drain. Steve scheduled that call right away and the plumbers arrived on time and handled the problem quickly. Also, a different local plumber could not find or fix that problem a month earlier. The second problem was a backed up sewer line which caused water to flow up from the base of one of our toilets. Steve's awesome plumber, Alex, came out. Alex scoped it out with video. Found all 3 sewer lines of my house, found the big problem and 2 unrelated problems. He then used the main line snake on all 3 sewer lines that my house had. Fixed the problem. Alex then gave me guidance on what steps I'll eventually have to take to permanently care of those problems. He also educated on symptoms I may hear from my drains that should cause me to call Steve Garrison right away before water backs up again. read more
