He even got under the house to scope out the job. No other plumber did this when giving me an estimate. His estimate wasn't the highest nor was it the lowest but I feel like it was fair. The final price even came in a little lower than the estimated price. He seemed to be very conscious about finding the best and most cost effective way to do the job. He was on time, courteous, and kind. He even offered to help me with advice for my diy pex project. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

That said, we feel super fortunate to have found Valice Plumbing. They were the first to answer our calls for help replacing a running toilet. Not only did they answer almost immediately, but they came out that same day! They replaced the toilet beautifully, with great attentions to the details --making it look perfect and new. About a week later we noticed a puddle around the bottom-what?! Turns out there was a tiny chip in the tank portion-definitely caused by delivery. Valentine came that same day again, and his son was able to adjust the water level to be below the chip, which allowed us to keep using the toilet while we waited for the replacement tank. Then, when the tank arrived they came right out and switched it out in no time, cleanly and quickly--NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! They stand by their work-so great to see a business with that kind of hustle and customer care. We look forward to a long relationship with Valice Plumbing--their reasonable prices and excellent service will allow us to continue to renovate our home. They really are a great find if you have any plumbing needs!

I called first thing Monday morning and this company was able to send someone out to my house "between 4 and 6 p.m." I took the employee, I believe his name was Roger, around back and showed him my hot water heater. He didn't even touch the water heater. Never pushed the igniter. Never bent down to look and see if it was lit. NOTHING. He just said I needed a new one. I told him I had tried relighting it and he said it was so old (2002) that he could order some parts and try and fix it but it would run 3 or 4 hundred dollars. I replied that for that much, I should just get a new one. I asked for a quote and he quoted me $1295. I know nothing about this kind of stuff so I was freaking out. No hot water and no way I could afford $1300! My boyfriend called his uncle who is a handyman to come over that night and he fixed the entire problem in less than an hour with a $17 part from Lowes. I was incredibly relieved. Pass on this plumbing company, especially if you are a female...apparently we are not even worth pretending to help.
