We had a doozy of a problem with our septic system. I called pump and dump on Tuesday , and they were here by noon . A tractor was needed to dig up and expose the tank so we got that done and they came back first thing in the morning even tho it was rainy and super cold , I said they could wait until tomorrow if they wanted too and kellen said we have no problem working in the rain so we will see u soon . Showed up on time, finished in about 20min, pumped both tanks solid and grey water for a reasonable price. Didn't try and any additional fees (what they quoted was what I got), final invoice was $595 (suppriesed that they charged the bottom end if the quote, good to see they integrity). Pump & Dump was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with when I was faced with a potential emergency while out of town and the tenants informed me of a foul smell outside the house. Even though the company was quite busy after the rains, they offered helpful advice and suitable time-frames so that I could assess the situation and inform the tenants. When I called back later to schedule, they came out the very next day (the only day it wasn't raining) as I requested. The scheduling and tracking application they use meant that I wasn't left hanging, but rather knew with 45 minutes lead time precisely when they would arrive and I could track it minute by minute. Given the narrow access road and saturated soil, the driver backed up 1000' to reach the property while avoiding the need to turn around. The crew was efficient and professional leaving me amazed at how fast they got the job done. Then they processed my debit card payment on a secure mobile device--all done!
