Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. He came over and helped me locate the tank that evening using a probing rod and even helped me dig to try and find it. We found it, I dug up the two square lids that evening and he came out the very next morning to pump it. Well guess what, those lids were fake or abandoned because we pulled them out and there was nothing but solid concrete underneath. We saw something that looked like part of a round lid extending out from the hole that I dug. AGAIN he helped me dig in rock hard clay soil and we uncovered the true lid on the solid side. He got it pumped and back up and running that morning. He even came back a third time once I exposed the other round lid. This guy is AMAZING! Please support this company. His customer service is unmatched. He could have easily financially taken advantage of us because we were in an emergency situation. This was not the case. John came out today and dug up our septic tank this morning, and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. We got to watch the whole process (digging up the covers, pumping, and all that goes with it). John was a hoot to work with, and made us laugh throughout the process! Our tank hasn't been pumped in 10 years, and he said it looked good for such a long time.
