They arrived promptly, were very courteous, explained everything to me as I peered over there shoulder and they were done in two hours. Everything was replaced as they found it and there was NO MESS. After contacting another septic pumping company and waiting a month for them to show up, I…read morecancelled them and contacted Marc with Service Septic. The scheduling process was easy through text and they arrived as scheduled. They even sent a text and hour ahead of time confirming the appointment. Marc and his employee were very diligent, taking their time and thoroughly inspecting the tank, filters, floats and backfill device. They cleaned everything thoroughly, pressure washed the inside of the tank, replaced a cracked float device and gave thorough instructions on how to reset the alarm on the tank. The charge was what was quoted which was in line with prices quoted by other companies. I've calendared them to return in 5 years (that's the suggested time to do this again). I'm very pleased with the service they've provided.

There are multiple gutted outlets, with exposed wires and none of the breakers were turned off! There are LIVE EXPOSED WIRES hanging out of three kitchen outlets. He is a PLUMBER who destroyed nearly all the kitchen electrical. He didn't fix the clogged kitchen sink (just disconnected the pipes), and ripped out her old garbage disposal and left it on the counter. He left the house a mess, with stuff everywhere, and never came back to finish the job. To make matters worse, he took her money and then kept asking her for a hug!!! He intimidated, defrauded, and touched my lovely neighbor, and then ghosted her after she rebuffed his advances. She called him over and over again, begging him to complete the job, and he didn't respond until the police got involved. Do not, under any circumstances, hire this man. He is a predator. My hope is that he challenges/complains about this review. He knows it isn't libel/slander because he knows that what it written here is the truth, and that we can prove it. The CSLB complaint has been initiated, along with photos, copies of text messages, call logs, and emails. P.S. Using the image of a sheriff's badge to advertise your services is creepy and should be illegal. It is meant to promote the idea that you are trust-worthy and somehow aligned with law enforcement, and Mr. Singh Bains - most decidedly - is not.

I love these guys. The drain cleaners are kind and work hard. They get paid a percentage of what…read morethe hourly rate is. If they cant clear the drain, or if they have to have someone else clear the drain. They dont get paid. Twice now Ive had them come out to clear the main line. Twice now Ive had two different young plumbers come by to clear it. BOTH, were very nice, and ready and willing to work hard to clear the line. This time " Will" came out and was here on time. He went right to work.WE talked as he tried to clear the line. I told him he would probably need a bladder bag. Thats what cleared the line before. He was not authorized to use on. So he called his supervisor. His Supervisor came out and also tried to clear the line. I again mentioned the bladder bag. After about an hour, the supervisor gave in and sent Will on a journey to get a bladder bag. Another 45 minutes later, Will.showed up with the bag. The supervisor ran the line again. WHALAH!!. The line cleared. I WAS execting a huge bill. NOT.!!. I was only chargec for an hours work. NIce. Being on a tight budget and not expecting a blockage in my line. I thought they were more than fair. I will have them back. Love these guys!

The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Because of this one person I would NOT recommend Thrifty Rooters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.
