The service tech was very good, though curiously expressed that he disliked septic systems. It was more funny than it was bad. We have a difficult property on steep land. He worked hard and worked efficiently. We paid $200 for the extra service of running an endoscopic camera with detector to find our D-box and it was very helpful. The backup in the septic was bad enough that we had solids in the line to the drain field: so finding the d-box and opening up allowed us to run a hose down the line and then remove the solids from the D-box and confirmed that the drain field was flowing. Great job. The service tech offered further work that we could definitely use, but we have too many home repairs to add anything that isn't 100% necessary. Otherwise, I would be inclined to hire Chuck's Septic to help us install new risers or other more complex work. For basic pumping and endoscopic tracing, strongly recommended. Tell them ahead of time you might need the camera since they don't always have the equipment charged and ready. Also, they schedule their time based on how long they think the task might take. We were very happy that our service tech was willing to spend an extra 20 minutes with us past what was scheduled. Thanks ChucksSeptic!

We had the septic lids dug up so we'd be ready if we were lucky enough to find someone who was available. Lucky for us, Bill was in our area so he was able to get to us in 30 minutes. We learned that we didn't need a pump for another two years, but we did have a clog in our line that Bill fixed quickly. He's also coming back this week to scope the line and let us know if there are any issues that need to be fixed. We love supporting local businesses whenever we can, and Anderson's Septic does not disappoint. Both Renee - who took our initial call - and Bill were wonderful to work with. They were kind, caring, and professional and provided a level of service you don't get from the big corporate businesses. If you have a septic issue and are scrolling through reviews trying to find the right company, you can stop here knowing that you found the right place. This is the only company we'll use for our septic needs going forward!

I went though several big-name local plumbers that left me waiting weeks for call backs and triple-charged me because my quirky small jobs were more headache to them than new construction. He drove all the way out to my property, took the time to look everything over, and then gave me an answer that honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is, "Save your money--you don't need to pump the tank." Instead of taking my money for a service I didn't need, Jason identified that the actual problem was roots clogging the intake to the tank. He could have easily pumped the tank, collected the money, and sent me on my way, but he chose to be completely honest and upfront with me. That kind of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is hard to find these days.
