If they cant clear the drain, or if they have to have someone else clear the drain. They dont get paid. Twice now Ive had them come out to clear the main line. Twice now Ive had two different young plumbers come by to clear it. BOTH, were very nice, and ready and willing to work hard to clear the line. This time " Will" came out and was here on time. He went right to work.WE talked as he tried to clear the line. I told him he would probably need a bladder bag. Thats what cleared the line before. He was not authorized to use on. So he called his supervisor. His Supervisor came out and also tried to clear the line. I again mentioned the bladder bag. After about an hour, the supervisor gave in and sent Will on a journey to get a bladder bag. Another 45 minutes later, Will.showed up with the bag. The supervisor ran the line again. WHALAH!!. The line cleared. I WAS execting a huge bill. NOT.!!. I was only chargec for an hours work. NIce. Being on a tight budget and not expecting a blockage in my line. I thought they were more than fair. I will have them back. Love these guys!

The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Because of this one person I would NOT recommend Thrifty Rooters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.

We are a commercial retail business in Chico and have enormous front windows that had gotten especially dirty during the smoke of the Camp Fire. MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning cleaned them spotless and also removed hard water stains. They cleaned every single window on the property for us, including our renter's windows and now all of the windows are super clean. The pricing was very reasonable and the worker was eager to get work. These guys are exterior cleaning pros and told me they can also come by and do any type of cleaning we need, so I'm hiring them again to work on some other areas of the property that need to be cleaned. There is an upstairs to our business, too, and they got those windows spotlessly clean. Also, they cleaned the front doors really nicely, getting around the signage and making them look brand new. It is totally worth the cost to have the exterior and interior windows cleaned by professionals, since we are busy with the store and don't have time to do it ourselves. There is no way we could get those windows as clean as MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning exterior cleaning pros did for us. I highly recommend!

The "PROFESSIONAL" lip service from Thomas can be defined as lies…read more My experience was basically robbery. I sent him pics of the trash I wanted to be removed. He gave me a quote and I was to send him half upfront and the other half when the job is complete. I sent him 200.00, a quote of 400.00 for the job. Once here, he says there would be an increase on the quote due to the fact the pics I sent didn't really show the amount. So the charge for his service went from 400.00 to 575.00. I offered 550.00, he agreed. I came into the house and sent 75.00 because I am to provide half upfront, right? 275.00 now 275.00 after. He arrives with his co-worker and they do the work. They came back again a day or two later, but the job was not finished. That's ok. It needed several trips, but ....that night on the 4th of August I received a text (see pics) and he asked me for 200.00. Huh!? Thomas the owner of this business asked me for the rest of the money, 275.00 without finishing but boy did he promise not to screw me over, he did. I waited for 2 weeks for him to come and finish for 2 weeks!!! He got everything he asked of me and i got ripped off. I sent the money for fear he would not come back, he never came back and will not provide me with any refund for the work he was paid for but chose not to do. What a dick!!! I guess he takes advantage of women, i see another review that states she was ripped off. Professional? No....criminal? Yes! Maybe Thomas the ever so busy business owner who prides himself on being professional (can't even honor an agreement) will screw you over and rip you off too, just like me. I wouldn't recommend this loser after my experience I can describe him as nothing but trash.

Apparently I'm the proud owner of one of the few underground P-traps in Auburn. Lucky me! Thank you again for saving my day and at very reasonable cost. Fast forward to today and again, sewer weirdness... I have a walk-in basement with a bathroom and it was starting to gurgle and back up. Assuming it was the same issue as last year, they scoped the line and it was clear. I had given the toilet a good plunge, and we assumed that all was clear and it was just a one off. Nope. It did a nasty backup and drain when I emptied the upstairs kitchen sink. Having a friend staying with me and using that facility, I contacted Walter on Tuesday evening. He and Joey showed up Wednesday morning (!) and pulled the toilet to reveal that I have two, count 'em two, outgoing sewage lines from the house. And the previously undiscovered line had an big fat root in it. They were able to clear the line and all is now well. It was kind of a pain in the butt job and they covered it for me as they'd just been there a week before and missed it. This is not normal for new build homes and I as the homeowner was unaware of it too.
