He stayed well past "ordinary hours" to ensure we had showers and was able to get a little invasive on the plumbing without breaking a single tile. He'll be back tomorrow to see about our tub drain; the cylinder stopper is seized in the pipe and the connector was utterly awful and corroded. EDIT: He was back right on time, did his utmost to keep our costs down, and entirely fixed it this morning. Very nice work, nice man. Couldn't be happier with his work.
