Critical: Professionalism, Value…read more I had a couple of leaky faucet valves for my washing machine hook ups, Fletcher's Plumbing wanted to tear out the entire Plumbing in the wall and "update it" , I said no it doesn't need that how much to replace the valves, they quoted me $750.00. All that was needed to fix my problem was to tighten the nut that compresses the packing material that is in the valve. If he had just done that and was honest, I wouldn't be writing this review,. But he obviously took me for a sap, and tried to milk me for as much as he could. I can NOT recommend Fletcher's Plumbing

Shortly after we disconnected my fridge from the water line that was hooked up to our water heater-water started gushing on top of my heater from the valve! That's when I called Fletchers-I was so distraught! PJ was friendly and beyond compassionate to my never ending disaster with this other project. He fixed the leak then had to come back later that night for our bathrooms to replace our valves due to leaks (I called 5 minutes before they closed and he still took the call on a FRIDAY!) Thank you PJ for your selfless dedication to my home! I will be using you again.

They made dozens and dozens of mistakes that the owners wife states are "human error". They trenched the lines and cracked the sewer line and did not repair it but covered it up. I had to hire another plumber to camera the line to look for damages. They also do extremely sloppy work and have no business taking on big jobs. The elder father says he can no longer do the work due to his health issues. They can't start till close to 10:00am as the father has stomach issues. They would not show up some days to take on other jobs. They leave as early as 2:00pm so they only worked several hours each day. They cut corners, do substandard and negligent work.

I think it is good customer service to say "we are busy now. Please check back with us later" - sending their workers to your house without any notification - horrible at invoicing. Sorry or apology do not exist in their vocabulary. - They do not listen very well. They install cheap products. When you say I do not like quality they say you pick. - took them 9+ plus months to correct the mistakes they made. Stay clear Moe's Plumbing. I do not think they even deserve 1 star.
