Absolutely dissatisfied. The clogged drain did get fixed, but the drain wasn't put back together/wasn't tightened, so when I did laundry, the garage flooded. Called the guy and he said he'd be back the next day. He never called and never returned. Incredibly unprofessional. I called them late morning, the nice lady spoke to me, explained what they would do, how much it would cost. We agreed a time. They called to offer an earlier time and showed up a few minutes later. Mike did the job, was polite, cleaned up to spotless and was pleasant and happy doing the work (which is yucky). Fixed the blockage - all is good in the sink now! Chico Septic referred me to Express Drain as they thought all my septic needed was to be snaked. The lady answering said she could get someone to my house at 10am the same day. That changed when I told her I lived in Forest Ranch. Then she acted like I had the plague. She then went on to say that they would not be able to come up until the middle of next week. I called Express Drain Cleaning due to a slow draining shower. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out on my next day off of work. I was given a window of between 9-11 am. On the day of the appointment, Mike called me right at 9:00 to tell me he was on his way and would arrive in about ten minutes. I appreciated that phone call. Upon arrival, Mike quickly cleared my drain and it is working great. He was courteous of my home and I enjoyed talking with him as he did his work. My daughter threw an entire roll of toilet paper down the toilet and flushed it. I found her playing in the bathroom with the toilet water that was pouring out my toilet. Obviously I needed this fixed before my wife got home. I decided to call express as my cousin had the same issue except his son threw a teddy bear in a continuously flushed and flushed. Well anyway they had a guy named Sean come out and was able to get to my house within the hour! I thought I would be waiting all day for a plumber to show up but these guys got here quick and worked quickly, He was able to unclog my toilet and I was able to shower my daughter before my wife got home!!!
