Conrad installed a new garbage disposal for us and the bill I received was an outrageous amount for the labor. He did not tell me in advance that the installation cost would be over $500. He handed me an invoice with one figure after he finished and did not break out the cost of the disposal itself. I reluctantly paid the invoice. The next day We called his office for an explanation and did not get an adequate explanation. Conrad is adept at easy things such as a leaky faucet, but when I asked him to install a new shower valve in my newly remodeled shower stall, he failed to install the thing correctly and the job couldn't be completed, then when he was called on his failure to do the job correctly, he blamed me for his poor work and stormed out of my house - refusing to stand behind his work. read more

Conrad's does it again. I have been using Conrad's service for many years. I had them replace my old bathroom faucet this time. They called ahead of the appointment time and showed up on time. The turn off valves needed to be replaced because they were to old. He had both valves on his truck so the replacement continued. It took a short time for job to be done because they knew what they were doing. The bathroom was clean when they left. The prices are standardize so they are comparable to any company. I just have a good feeling that when the job is done it will be right. I have some more updating to do and will have them back soon read more

We've used them for years and were our go to plumbers but one bad experience changed everything! I called Friday and made an appointment for Wednesday between 12 and 2. Wednesday came and I had a lot to that morning so I rushed and got everything done by 12. I waited and they NEVER CAME. I then told the person I live with (they had been at work) and we realized Conrad's had called only one persons phone (while they had all of our numbers) around 10 to confirm and since no one called back that just didn't show. That's insane! They called one out of three phones the morning of and made a call back mandatory in order for our scheduled appointment to even be on the books?! Never going to them again. read more
