We had two issues: a kitchen faucet with a leaking hose and an aging gas hot water heater that we wanted to replace with an energy-efficient electric heat pump model. He did a beautiful job installing the hot water heater and, when the installation of the condensate drain required moving a shelving unit, he even screwed it to the wall after he put it back into place (something we had never done). Then, after many hours spent dealing with the water heater (requiring three trips to the plumbing supply store and a trip to the landfill), he cheerfully repaired the kitchen faucet for a very reasonable price.
