The only downside was that my furnace is in the crawlspace above my laundry room they had to remove the trim and some drywall to get the new unit in there. I would have liked to know that in advance (that the new unit was larger than the space opening could accommodate) because their quote to repair the drywall and trim work was way more than I was willing to pay, so I found a Handyman that would do the work for much less money. Bottom line, they did a great job and I was happy with the overall work. I would just make sure to ask them if the new unit will fit into the space that you have available.
