Called All Around Heating-Air for an estimate on completely replacing our heating and air conditioning system. They returned our call pretty quick and had someone over to look at our job within the next week. Juan, one of the owners came by and was able to show and explain everything easily. We received an email with two estimates that was very easy to read and understand. Shortly after we choose our system and sent it off we received a phone call to schedule our appointment. Surprisingly they were able to come and install within two weeks. Keith and Jesse arrived Monday morning to instal our system and took me through the whole process of the instal. I was amazed when they said they'll have it done by the next day, Tuesday afternoon. I couldn't be happier with their knowledge and experience. They had the old system out and loaded up for disposal quick. At the end of the day they were able to mount both new heater and a/c. Amazing. Tuesday morning they returned and finished up with the ducting. By mid day Tuesday they were done and we had a brand new system. Keith showed me everything that they had done and even Juan stopped by to see how it turned out. We couldn't be more happy with the service that All Around Hearing-Air provided. The technician came out on time and was very pleasant. It turned out that the thermocouple in the furnace needed replacing which was done. My only complaint is when I got the bill the cost of the thermocouple was $146. I checked several places online, including ones I would consider expensive and the most expensive one was still under $100 and most averaged $50. read more

Out A/C short cycled a few times and didn't completely cool the house for a few days in a row during a heatwave. The first company we called said we had low pressure and tried to convince us to buy a new system saying that trying to fix the current one would be too expensive for its age. It's 16 years old. I called all Around Heating and Air for a second opinion. Their service tech said the pressure was within the normal range and that the system did not need to be replaced. That was two weeks ago and so far the system is running normally. If all goes well this second opinion saves me thousands of dollars! read more

Our AC stopped working last night. I called this morning and no one answered. As soon as I hung up my phone rang, and it was All Around calling me back, because they had missed my call. They were great to talk with and sent two technicians out later that morning. The Technicians were great, professional and had figured out was wrong within the first ten minutes. With our AC unit being 12 years old I was expecting to hear that we needed to replace it. But they narrowed the problem to a faulty AC part. They even had the part that was needed on their truck.
