I would have liked to know that in advance (that the new unit was larger than the space opening could accommodate) because their quote to repair the drywall and trim work was way more than I was willing to pay, so I found a Handyman that would do the work for much less money. Bottom line, they did a great job and I was happy with the overall work. I would just make sure to ask them if the new unit will fit into the space that you have available. Just so that you don't get a surprise extra expense.

People my age die from the heat. So I have vvery serious health concerns connected to their service and in response Gallagher's doesn't keep me informed about why nothing is happening, which shows they have so little respect for me that they don't care about helping me avoid life-threatening issues caused by their empty promises! are they ever going to complete this repair, i am now wondering. And to top it all off, they were so sloppy in the installation that they damaged my house in a few different ways, and never took responsibility for it or cared when I brought it up. I have a roof leak because they left a huge hole! I had to put out about 1000 to fix the damage they caused in the install. I brought it home, only to find that I had been swindled again, the blinds had stains on them! What he does is give you the blinds wrapped up for transporting so you cant really see if they are clean. SO if you ever use this guy, ( which I highly recommend you DON'T) never accept blinds that are wrapped up. Always inspect them before paying.
