Steve came out and provided on estimate. He didn't a water test on site as well. This was the only…read morestep the competitors didn't provide. However. It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

One of the owners "Chaz" told me they won't put it in my car anymore due to worker's compensation cost if they get hurt doing it. But they will deliver for $25 dollars and dump it in your system. How does this make sense?? So I picked up three 40 pound bags and put them in my car. I've told 8 people so far today!

Twelve thousand dollars later they made the water WORSE. I have clay swamp water now. My water was always clear and tasty no filters no nothing. They put a filter to try to fix the issue. It clogged in less than two weeks. This is NOT a sustainable option. The filter is 50.00. I'm really angry and I feel I have been sold a bunch of stuff I didn't need and didn't work. I will give them a chance to fix this. IF they fix this I will update my review or remove it. I'm updating my review. J&J came out today with a whole crew. They ran the well until it was clear. They changed my filter for free. I had a big issue with clay stirred up in my well. They fixed the issue. Very happy with the service and that they checked on the job they did.
