Steve came out and provided on estimate. He didn't a water test on site as well. This was the only step the competitors didn't provide. However. It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. He cleaned up after the install and gave great information with the water test. Turns out our water in rocklin is super soft but was high in chlorine. I knew right away when I could smell and taste chlorine in the water. Also my skin was starting to get dry after showers. Highly recommend them and my water tastes and feels great! I had their system installed and am not impressed. Two years later and we still get hard water stains (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.) and drops from the fridge water dispenser does not become powdery as promised. The installation was seamless but customer service is non existence after the fact in my experience. Contacted them awhile back, had a reply that they will get a hold if me but never heard from them. Dalton and Dimitri really did a really amazing job. I got our water system a little over a month ago and we can definitely taste the difference when we drink the water and shower. This review is way overdue!!! Dalton and Steve were amazing! From the beginning, they were so responsive with all the Information on these systems and answered any questions my husband and I had. I did have a couple other inquiries and even had some come to our home. None of the other company's tested our water and a couple didn't offer a salt free system. The area we're in, Dixon restricts salt systems. So we wanted to make sure we found the best fit for our home. We found healthy h2o systems on Yelp and right away we received a response from our inquiry. Shortly after I set up a consult for them to come to our home, test our water and let us know our options. We decided to secure a water system as well as the oxidize it! Our water prior to the system was so awful and no matter how much I cleaned the fixtures, there was always a residue from the hard water build up. Our water reeked of chlorine for over a month and we finally decided to research several companies regarding a plan for treating the water.  We decided to go with Healthy H2O systems and that was the best decision we have ever made. The shower water used to dry out my skin because it was so heavily chlorinated, but now the water is amazing for my skin. I can drink the sink water because it tastes so fresh (and it has all the necessary minerals in it). We had called and spoke with Melissa and ho was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She set up a time for Dalton to come and see our disastrous water situation. Our water was some of the hardest water ever tested by a water testing service. Hard water is about 480 ppm our well water was 1550 ppm! They had never seen anything like that before. I was told by every other company I had contacted tell me the only way to fix it was with a salt softener system but I didn't want that because I also have a septic system. The price was reasonable as compared to the others and it is a water filtration and conditioner rather than a water softener which requires another system to remove the salt for drinking. Let me start off by saying I'm very picky and only want the best. When my wife and I started doing research on water softeners vs filters / conditioners it was overwhelming. We weren't sure which was the right selection for our new build home in Elk Grove.
