    Thank you Gerardo for your great service and professionalism.I thought this was an in and out set up but, this took time and technical skills to set up this water filtrations.Thank you for doing such a good job and cleaning up after drilling through the walls to set up the water line to my refrigerator . I really appreciate that.

    So get this - we had a Kinetico system + RO system installed when we moved in to our home when it was built, and it just failed completely two months ago. How do you know it fails? When yellow stuff come out of your faucet, the water has salt grains in it, and cold water slowly stops flowing through small openings. Well, that system lasted 19 years! What a great ROI. We called up Kinetico to remove the RO system (over time it wasn't worth it for us as it required regular service calls and lost pressure very frequently) and give us a quote for a new whole house system. Unfortunately the appointment had to be scheduled out 6 weeks. Seems a bit long and it put us out of soft water for that long too. The day of appointment went smoothly. The tech/sales person came through and removed the RO system, quoted me a price for a new system, and installation was scheduled for the next week. Super quick. Day of installation came and the guy spent at most 2 hours to remove the old system and put in the new one. Very polite and professional installer. He did a good job at it. Really enjoying the new system and hope it lasts for another 19 years!

    According to Alfonso, this is completely normal due to their salt content. Eek!

    Usually Tommy is our technician and he's super friendly & explains what is happening. Alfonso, on the other hand, seemed to be having a bad day. His responses were short & he seemed annoyed, which wasn't helpful in trying to figure out the confusion between what he was telling me & what I hadn't been told by phone. I opened the door & his first words were, "Is it in the garage?" Not "hello" or "hi" just pointing to the garage door, which I promptly opened for him. Next, he says, "So you're getting 6 bags of salt + delivery." I was super confused because I hadn't ordered 6 bags of salt; I hadn't even called about salt! Salt was offered as an add-on to my service request & no mention of a delivery fee. I'd called about the green, sludge looking build-up in my salt tank; I'd even sent pictures. I'd called for an assessment & possibly repair to whatever was causing the green stuff. So I asked Alfonso about the assessment, but he just brushed me off, saying the green gunk was normal & caused by salt impurities in your product. I told him this had never happened until I ordered salt from your company back in January. He said that he could clean it for $160, but it would just happen again. Not helpful, so I asked him if I should just go back to the old brand of salt that I used before. He shrugged like he didn't care either way. I gave up on trying to communicate with him because It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of useful answer or solution. I feel like he just wanted to dump the salt & leave. So I let him know that I hadn't ordered 6 bags, nor would 6 bags fit in my tank, and I asked what he meant by "delivery." He told me 6 bags mandatory + $50 delivery fee. I pushed back on the delivery fee since the salt had been offered as an add-on to the service call, but he said there was no need for a service call as the green stuff was normal. How was I supposed to know that beforehand? He said my invoice/quote had failed to send. This made sense as I had no idea about the cancelled assessment & added delivery fee. Eventually, the delivery fee was waived & he filled the tank & left 2 bags of salt behind. I didn't watch him fill the tank, but I recall from January that I got 4 bags that filled the cleaned & EMPTY tank to the brim. Now I'm trying to understand how my tank at 1/4 full already could accept 4 bags of salt yesterday?? Meaning, I only received 5 bags? Not cool.

    How long would it take to install a water softer and RO system in my home? How long will I be without water?

    Same day. AAA had a plumber install new lines for my outdoor faucets and installed the new system all in one day. Water was turned off for about four hours.

    The price is still about twice that of other competitors. Not sure why such a high mark up. Anyone know why it is worth double the price?

So, I…read moredidn't receive any kind of postcard like other reviewers did, but I actually first stumbled upon this company from 209Times' Instagram stories where they feature some local businesses. We were in need of a water softener already, so there was really no "sales pitch" I was looking to get. It really came down to deciding WHERE I was going to purchase one from. What really sold me on this company was Alwi Ali. He is very involved on his social media, and for me, it's a big plus to be able to see what I'm actually buying, how it works, what other's look like installed, his tips & tricks, his suggestions, his preferences with his own system, etc. I went ahead and reached out to him on Instagram and he came to our house and did our water test. We had been using tap water through a Brita pitcher to drink and just didn't like the taste. But what our biggest problem was is that I am severely allergic to chlorine, I have been my whole life; have never been able to swim in pools or walk into indoor pools. Before getting our system, I was actually having allergic reactions every single time I showered, ran through the sprinklers with my son, splashed the water table toy water on me, etc. It was as miserable as it sounds. And I suspected it was probably the chlorine in the water in this town, as I never had this issue when I lived in Tracy. After he did our water test, I was shocked at how much chlorine is in the water here in Stockton! WOW. No wonder. Aside from knowing we definitely wanted one, I just could not believe what a kind man Alwi was. And I know what you're thinking, he's trying to sell me something, so of course he's nice. And yeah, maybe a little, but even after purchasing this unit years ago, I still reach out to Alwi anytime I have a question. If I have any concern, he is on a mission to help me out, he has even personally stopped by when I had a question to help me himself. This is the kind of person a business dreams of having as an employee. He's a great salesman, I'm sure, but he's an even better human being. All that to say, I have not had a single allergic reaction to any of our softened water! The installer even set up an outside spigot that we could use to fill our kid's water table or little family pool with the softened water. And then he put a separate outside spigot for watering the plants with regular city water. I can't say enough good things. Everything has been great for our family. Thank you Alwi Ali!!!

This is not a mistake or a coincidence. Every single detail, the formatting, the language, the postage stamp, was carefully crafted to deceive people into thinking this is a government notice. It is not. Instead of pointing you to an actual USPS website or post office, they want you to call a shady private phone number (916-238-5004) to "release your parcel." There is no parcel. There is no hold. It is a lie designed to get you on the phone so they can scam you out of your money or your personal information. This is predatory, disgusting, and cowardly. They are deliberately targeting people who may not know better, including the elderly, to trick them. Impersonating a federal agency is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1341. I hope the authorities treat it as such. Do NOT call that number. Do NOT engage with these people. Report them immediately to the USPS Postal Inspection Service at postalinspectors.uspis.gov and the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Absolute bottom of the barrel. Shameless.

And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! I highly recommend him! and his services. Hes thoughtful and always answer my text, and I am pretty sure the same questions are always asked but hes so patient with me as it is my first time owning this type of water system.     6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!
