Juan and his team were highly responsive, professional, and fair with their pricing. They solved the issue quickly and were great about following up to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What really stood out was their ability to come up with a cost-effective solution. Instead of recommending a major tear-out and replacement of the existing drain trap in the slab floor, Juan suggested a retrofit component that solved the problem without the need for extensive demolition. This saved us a significant amount of money and disruption to the property. We really appreciated that they took the time to find the right solution rather than simply recommending the most expensive option.
