We excepted the estimate had the well water tested so they could design the filter system and then they ghosted us and refused to return multiple texts and phone calls. They failed to fully fix our plumbing issue. First, I had them replace the plumbing to the main line and stuff and repair connection to the irrigation line for $1450. There was a bit of water settling on the ground still after his repairs, so he said he wouldn't put the soil back and will come back after two days to see if goes down and then he'll close and clean it up. He never did went back. Plumber told us 2 year warranty yet massive fountain like leak after only 2 weeks. Since it was night time on a Sunday, they didn't come to fix or help us with the massive leak but deferred us to the city to turnoff the main line---which was costly since the city charges emergency after hour rates! Plumber asked for another $895 to install pressure valve. The house had irrigation line for decades with no pressure valve. He assured me in the beginning that his repairs/replacements will be good and guaranteed and now he asked for another $895?! I said no and just had him closed/capped the connection to the irrigation line. He left the area messy still. My water bill was crazy high! read more

What do you know, on Thanksgiving Day our outlet pipes decided to clog. I first called a local plumber who was available and showed up in an hour. DO NOT do business with Plumbing Solutions. Plumbing Solutions cut into my drywall without following Cal/OSHA and EPA guidelines which has caused me a whole basket of problems. They do not do lead and asbestos testing nor do they follow regulatory lead and asbestos-safe practices. My guess is because they are taking shortcuts, want to do the job as quickly as possible, and not performing proper abatement when cutting into drywall that could contain lead and asbestos. Additionally, I requested that they provide an inspection for lead and asbestos to which, Joel Diaz, the owner originally agreed but wouldn't let me choose the inspection company because he knows that if this turns up positive, there will be all sorts of regulatory issues. Because of this dishonesty it makes me also question the quality and integrity of the work they performed. Save yourself the trouble and make sure any plumbing company you use either tests for lead and asbestos or take proper precaution and assumes the drywall has these materials in it. read more

The job was no small task. They dug a 40-ft trench, removed part of a brick walkway, replaced the old galvanized pipe with 40 ft of copper pipe, and refilled the trench -- all in three hours. We ended up scheduling an appointment for the next day, and was pleased that they showed up on time (even offering to come earlier). During the visit, Jacob inspected the unit and gave me a call to let me know that it wasn't salvageable and needed replacing. Jacob provided me with his findings and the quote to replace. Jacob was very easy to work with and we agreed on the work to be completed + related costs on the spot which I found to be reasonable. After completing the job (1-2 hours), Jacob gave me a call again to report that the job is complete and to collect payment. Today, my washing machine was acting very unusual. It was so unusual that even unplugged, the water was still running. Hot and cold water valves were busted. I called and spoke to Joel.
