Came out to replace a leaking shower mixing valve/cartridge... They worked very fast and gave me a quote on another plubming item that I have been putting off. Courteous and on time (early really) Will be using them again read more

Edwin and Jose provided top quality plumbing services. They installed a seismic house gas shut off valve and Grohe shower valve. The new shower valve cartridge that I purchased happened to be faulty during the installation. I really appreciated that they waited for me to go get another valve cartridge at the plumbing store so they could finish the shower installation that day. Their prices were the best of four quotes that I got from other plumbers, and I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs. I will definitely call them for all my future plumbing issues. read more

I could see why the 5 stars. Affordable, prompt response, guys came on time and did a good job with some of our outdoor spigot work. Thanks for your service! read more

Amazing experience. I had to have my cleanout changed and my sewer line hydro jetted, and they got here quickly and did an amazing job for a great price. I spoke to multiple companies and they gave me the best quote. I will for sure be using them in the future. read more

Edwin was quick to respond and he has many 5 star reviews. His quote was fair. (so he gets a star for this) I rely HEAVILY on these yelp reviews for jobs like this. So I need to write one for the next guy. He came out when he said he would and communicated well for when he was arriving. (add another star). That's where it stops. We had a leak in the faucet at my office, most likely due to corroded fixture from hard water. He was upfront and asked if I knew the model of my fixture. Although I picked every fixture in the office over 10 years ago, I did not know the model of the faucet. I didn't think I had to. I figured, plumbers know their parts. So he said he would find out. He shut the main water off to do that. This is in an office complex with 10 other companies who share the same water line. So shutting off the water is a big deal that needs board approval. We did it anyway. He said he didn't have the part and will have to order it and come back in a few days to do the work. He came back shut the water off again! Angered our neighboring organizations once again. But it was the wrong part! So he calls and tells me he went to 3 different plumbing supply stores to find the right part. Except the part is very expensive but I agreed to cover it. Just get it done. Then he came back to installed the expensive part only to find out it was the cold water side and not the side that was being repaired. so the handle operates backwards. Once again, he said he would come back to fix it. By now the association said we cannot shut the water off again during business hours, it's just too disruptive. I asked Edwin to come back at 6pm after business hours and correct the work. He got angry and flustered and said he will have to charge after hour rates and that he already spent so much time on this. And that I had to pay him for the work he's done. NOPE! he did not complete the work nor did he do it correctly nor competently. And refused to come out after hours without being paid more. And now I have to find another plumber to correct his work. He told me to find another plumber. A professional plumber would have made this right after recognizing that all the "extra work" was due to his inability to get the right part from the start. I understand he's probably frustrated at himself. But he should never take this out on the client. It's unprofessional. read more

Luis did a great job replacing our shut off. Edwin was very accommodating to my schedule. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called at 8:30am this morning for a frozen faucet in my bathroom. Edwin said I would have someone at my house between 11am-12pm. He then called back and let me know they would be early. They arrived at 9:30am, fixed my problem and were on their way. The team always shows up, does a fantastic job. They charge a fair price every time. I could not be more satisfied. read more

Friendly, efficient, reliable. This business came and flushed roots off my pipes through a powerful hydro blast. They came on time , coordinated well. The technician was very professional. Above all, they did good work. I recommend. read more

We have used Warranted Plumbing since 2001. We had tried various home repair services where you pay a price for a year for supposed all repairs that included plumbing and the plumbing results were very unsatisfactory services. We stopped wasting our money and time with mediocre repairs. Then we hired Warranted Plumbing. Absolutely excellent service. Luiz Chaves is part owner and is the best and most knowledgeable plumber we have ever had. Prices are reasonable and work guaranteed. All the plumbers from this company are well trained and perform excellent work. read more

Warranted plumbing came out the same day I contacted them and gave me a very reasonable quote. We had a small leak during Christmas week, and they came out and performed the repair within a few days. Everyone is very friendly and the response to all communication is timely. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing repair read more

Edwin was great. I was worried that replacing a toilet was going to be a difficult process, but Edwin was super responsive and got the job done the next day. I will contact Edwin if another plumbing issues comes up. read more

Fair price, efficient work and they were so kind! They replaced a leaking valve connected to our toilet.

The plumber was on time, curious, efficient and clean. The job of unclogging an extremely stuck toilet was not a pleasant one. The plumber tackled the job without hesitation in a very professional manner. He even took the time to take a look at several other jobs that have been done on the house over the years and offered his professional recommendation without being a sales person. I will happily use this company again for my next plumbing needs. read more

Same main line blockage problem came up and I call Warranted plumbing as always, but for whatever reason, Edwin was very rude today. First he let me know the price has gone up. Since they were at the same property for the same issue less than 4 months ago, I asked when did the price go up? He kept telling me "now the price is $350", I said I heard you the first time, I was asking when the price gone up but he simply repeat the answer and became more impatient each time. This went back and forth a few times and I finally gave up and said ok, never mind. He then hang up on me!! At that time, I felt, ok maybe he misunderstood so I called back. I asked him why was he so mad? He said because I asked too many questions? LOL. That's a first, I can't ask question about a job I am placing? Fine, I still wanted the service since they have been fixing the same problem many times and know what to do right away. I gave him the credit card info and everything, then I asked him is it really the tree root every time? I want to know if it's possible that the tenants might throw something in there they should not. He started yelling at me saying "I told you it's the tree root problem long time ago and you need the whole dig up and re-pipe service". Edwin has been trying to sell me the big project since day one, be that as it may be just the right solution, I as the property owner have my own concerns about what to do or not to do. Then he proceeded to tell me, "NO WARRANTY FOR YOU FROM NOW ON". That's the last straw. Mind you, I have been using their service for the last 5 years at least once a year, usually more. For whatever his problem today, I am a customer, and I don't need to be yelled at or be treated rudely. You don't want the business, just say so. I do not need to pay someone to be rude to me. There are plenty of plumbers in the area that would happily take my money and do the job right. read more

A job well done!. Timely responses provided quotes/estimates as promised and completely the job on time. Would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the rapid response by 4 contractors to fix my kitchen sink. I selected Warranted Plumbing simply because they were able to come to my home within about 3-hours. They also installed caulking between the stainless steel sink and the quartz countertop to help dampen vibration from the garbage disposal, which had caused the screws holding the sink to vibrate loose. Very pleased with their fast completion of work restoring my kitchen sink. read more

Since this previous review, we've used Warranted Plumbing Services 3 additional times. One was to replace two toilets back when our toddler flushed one of his toys down the toilet and it got stuck. Another was to snake one side of the house after our kitchen sink and washing machine had backed up. After that instance we had them do an inspection of the total plumbing system because we were advised we'd probably keep having issues on that side of the house because of the way it was designed (the house was previously flipped about 10 years ago). Upon doing that inspection they identified several problematic areas, a couple of which were just ticking time bombs for our house that was originally built in the 50s. We were provided a couple of different options, but just bit the bullet and had all of the plumbing replaced. It took 3 days, but Luis and crew did a great job. Luis explained everything throughout the process, always providing photos from underneath the house as well. Obviously it was an inconvenience and no one likes to get surprised with these types of expenses, but I feel good knowing we're not going to have to deal with any plumbing issues for many years to come. read more

I appreciate the on time service. I was given a 1 hour window and Luis came within that timeframe. He quickly gave me two verbal quotes, a high and a low and once approved, he quickly got to work. He was knowledgeable and professional. I needed to fix a leaky valve that was attached to the main water supply and he replaced what was needed in about 45 minutes or less. Very much appreciated. read more

My traditional gas water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I opted for the Stiebel Eltron Tempra 36 plus electric tankless water heater. Luis came to my appointment, explained everything clearly, and provided a reasonable quote. Within a few days, he and his technician arrived on time and installed the new heater professionally and neatly. The next day, the electrician completed the panel upgrade and power line connection. Everything is running perfectly, providing adequate hot water for the entire house. Great job, highly recommended! read more

This is the best freakin' plumber on this planet: they came within hours from contacting them regarding a clogged pipe. The clog was so bad, it broke their snake, yet they didn't charge me for the failed service. No "diagnostics fee," no "service hours," etc... they quickly gave me a quote for a hydroblast cleanout and threw in the video diagnostics too, for fixing the issues once and for all. I contacted Warranted Plumbing Service and surprisingly they were available to help with my project the same day or the next day. They came out on time, gave me an estimate of the best case scenario versus the worst case scenario.
