I had an excellent experience with Uriel and Kaylen from Phast. They did a free estimate and began work the same day. They installed my cold-water dispenser and filtration system, including running the necessary 1/4-inch tubing from the dual shutoff valve to the filter manifold and dispenser faucet. They also capped an unused water line behind the refrigerator and removed an old soap dispenser, installing a clean sink-hole cap in its place. During the visit, they identified a leaking bathroom faucet, a faulty dual angle-stop valve under the kitchen sink, and a defective main water shutoff valve outside. They clearly explained the issues and recommendations before doing any additional work, and completed the repairs after getting my approval. The bathroom faucet, angle-stop valve, and main shutoff valve were all replaced professionally. Everything was tested thoroughly once the work was finished, and there were no leaks. I ended up having a pipe leak that damaged part of my ceiling during the night. Luckily Phast was quick to respond and came in asap the next morning and went straight to work! Jimmy and Premier were both really professional and thorough. They were able to get my pipes replaced within 2 hours and even gave me advice for a different plumbing question that I had. Just note that they just do plumbing so I had to find a different contractor to repair the ceiling drywall but that was expected. The price was very reasonable as well given the high quality work. There is water seeping from the toilet onto the floor. it's coming from the sealant around the base of the toilet. Went to Yelp to look for a plumber who can fix it today (Easter) and someone from Phast got back to me within minutes and also seem to know already what might have the issue. They were able to get someone to check out the issue later that day. They arrived an hour later than the given timeframe but they communicated it right away that they were going to be late due to another job taking way longer than expected. Premier was easy to talk to and was very communicative. He did multiple checks to make sure the leak wasn't caused by something else. He explained everything he needed to do before doing it and anything he found that might have been problematic. He was quick and was out there in less than 2 hours. After reading other reviews, we selected Phast Plumbing to take care of a plumbing job at a rental house we own. To their word, Jimmy was FAST. We hadn't expected the job to be done right away but they showed up as promised and finished it within 1.5 hours. Wow! Jimmy responded really quickly to my inquiry about a toilet that wouldn't stop running. I had attempted to fix it with YouTube tutorials and failed. Super pleased with Phast Rooter & Plumbing. I had a blockage in between my mainline and street. I called around 9:30 P.M. and they immediately answered and were out here at 9 A.M. the following day. Premier showed up and was very professional and respectful of our home.
