I've been putting off having a plumber come out to fix my drains. I wanted to say I had a great experience with Hugo. 1st he was prompt and came out same day. I wasn't in a rush but this really helped. He ran a camera to show me the plug had worked itself out BUT I had several other small issues he was equipped to handle for. I had my kitchen sink clogged for 3 days. On Sunday I called Roto-Rooter, what a shitty service and a thief (charge $500 and they didn't even unclogged it)... DON'T EVER call Roto-Rooter... After they try to get more money, additional $700 bucks to come back the next day to try to fix it, I do research that night. Bam, I found Diamond Plumbing and Rooter.. Alfonso came the next morning. Wow, what a service.. He took care of the clogged where Roto-Rooter could not and only cost 60% of what Roto-Rooter charged.. Alfonso had a hard time trying to get it unclogged but he never gave up. I've had sewer lateral blockage problem every 1-4 years for the last many years and called out different plumbers to clear the blockage, and they were good. I tried Diamond this time, and Alfonso was great! He was extremely professional, explained everything he did along the way, and in words that a homeowner (me) can understand. Highly highly recommend Diamond plumbing! At 11pm on a weeknight our newly installed showerhead sprung a leak and was dripping through a recessed light downstairs. We had a problem with flushing system in a non-standard toilet. Required device that we bought somehow did not work. A plumber from another company said that they do not have the needed element (prices of those elements are less than $15) and that we should buy a new toilet :=). The environment actually required not only toilet replacement, but full bathroom remodeling. Called Diamond Plumbers (thanks to Yelp). Alfonso came at scheduled hour and agreed that the case is complicated. He measured the elements of the system and left for an hour. Returned with several pieces, one of which after some work fit the flushing system. Of course the price was higher than usual, but we are happy we do not need bathroom remodeling.
