We are excited to no longer have the horrible scale build up on our appliances and have noticed we need radically less soap in the shower. Additonally, we are really enjoying the reverse osmosis system under the counter as well to make sure we have safe drinking water for the family. The owner Justin was patient and explained their products and benefits well. Extremely knowledgeable with every question I had. I did some research before deciding on a system and this company only uses the best products (tanks and valves) and won't try to unnecessarily sell you on a system you don't need or cheap out with lesser materials. First, a few years ago, when we had moved to Pleasanton, we were shocked with the quality of water. We learned that we get hard water here but the worst part was the weird taste of the water. We reached out to a few vendors. Adli responded quickly, set up an appointment and showed up at our door. Adli did not try to sell us. Instead, he informed us of our choices. He made his recommendations. He explained patiently why his recommendations are good. After Adli left, we did our research and turns out he was right about every recommendation. The shocking part though was that Adli's pricing was reasonable compared to other vendors. We installed a water softener that does good work. Unfortunately, recently, the flow of water reduced so much that there was minimal to no flow of water. We had reached out to a few vendors ands hockingly, some of the vendors suggested replacing the whole unit, which didn't make sense to us, not to mention the ridiculously high cost. Then, we remembered Adli. And he came to our rescue again. He said he would send Steve the next day. Steve came to our home, inspected and immediately identified the issue. Steve suggested a solution, went back and talked Adli about it. Adli gave a pricing for the job that was customer friendly compared to other vendors. Adli's guys arrived, replaced the tank in a few minutes instead of just replacing the resin, charged us a low price and left. The water softener unit is back to working normally. The summary of the long review is two things - 1. Customer friendly, 2. Honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, I refer AWP water systems to our friends and anyone asking for similar service. Adli and team are good professionals who know what they are doing and take care of their customers. I would highly recommend AWP water systems for their reasonable price and high quality of service.

We gave them 12 customers in our family and our friends circle but still no one cares. We tried to reach them for filter cleaning, and it took almost 3 months to get someone. Finally, he showed up and fixed the problem we paid him for, and he left, system broke again in 15 mins and he was not interested in staying for the test firsthand. We called him, and he said he knew it would break again because the filter system is broken and needs to be replaced. Please find a company that cares about sales and after-sales service.

In regards to the price, it was what it was, but I looked up the water heater and it wasn't a super crazy markup to what they charged us plus labor, so I'm not complaining.

Yaro responded to my quote request on Yelp and provided a quote based off my photo. He had a window available within the next hr and was able to identify and seal the earthquake valve elbow part better. I am thankful for his speedy repair and PG&E was able to come back same day to turn the gas back on. Yaro's rate was competitive and has a 1 year labor warranty. There was an error date on the receipt so I'm just waiting for the revised receipt with the correct date. Other than that, I'm so glad to find him and would call him back for any plumbing issues.

We have a crawlspace in our house that needed some TLC. Sure it provides a way to route air ducts…read moreand water pipes along with raising the house on pillars. However, crawlspaces can get moldy and wet from lack of care. If you ever encounter rodents, there is a good chance they came via the crawlspace. After all, we do hear noises at night at times, which is creepy. Jacob visited and gave a comprehensive review and estimate. We basically went for a full package of rodent control, cleaning, and installing a new vapor shield to keep it dry. The while job took maybe 2.5 days with a crew of 3 workers each day. Outstanding quality work. First phase was sealing up the homes around the house and crawlspace, and laying traps. The attic was inspected too. This was followed up with weekly followups to ensure no more rodents. This scope was subcontracted to Golden State Critter Control. Highly recommend working with Greg. The next two phases involve cleaning and eventually reinstallation of the vapor shield. Compared to what we had before, it was day and night! I also appreciated the crew alerting me to a leaky drain pipe. I later worked with a plumber to replace a cracked 3"D drain pipe that connected upstairs to downstairs. It was fixed in about 3 hours with two plumbers. Definitely recommend Crawlspace Clean for rodent control and crawlspace cleaning. 5 stars.

The cleaners were very careful to keep the area around the workspace very clean and safe. Working below the foundation cleared debris and then sterilized the area. Then removing rat contamination and feces from the attic and the existing contaminated insulation. All questions were answered on the spot and any concerns were taken care of immediately. Even a missed closet was taken care of the next day. The cleaning and sterilization was done in 5 days. Due to the size of the home and the time to clean and replace the insulation. We are very happy and impressed with the results. Here are some before and after pictures Also Matt at "Golden State Critter Control" was great. I recently used Polis Plumbing to replace a water heater. Emil came out 3 times to discuss options and always arrived at the designated time. He not only installed the water heater but found that my instant water device had been installed incorrectly and reinstalled it at no charge. What I liked was that he explained what had happened to the heater and how to correct it. I had drop cloths to protect the floor. When he completed the job he picked up the cloth and deposit the debris in his van. After telling him I would clean up, he said "your place was clean when I arrived and when I leave it will be clean". I could not be happier finding Emil. We discovered our water heater stopped working early Friday afternoon and Emil was on-site within two hours. Emil determined that the control panel had gone out and a new panel would fix the problem but would take a couple of days to get the new part. We decided to install a new water heater instead of fixing the old water heater. I was impressed that Emil offered to install the new water heater on the spot as it was almost 5pm on Friday. We were fine with Emil returning in the morning and he showed up bright and early and completed the work quickly. I had a water tap leak and called Pro plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. Emil was able to accommodate the repair the same evening, came on time, did a quick inspection and gave a quote. Emil explained the issue in detail, fetched the repair parts and performed the repair within an hour. The price was very reasonable for the work he performed. Our Noritz tankless water heater failed for the second time in less than 10 years. Polis Plumbing Inc is a Noritz service representative and the company owner, Emil, inspected the heater and determined it would have to be replaced. I requested a different tankless water heater brand and Emil installed a Navien heater the same day. I just moved into a house in Danville and the master shower and tub water control would not produce fully hot water (as hot as other water fixtures in the house). Polis sent someone out and both mater bath water fixtures were quickly fixed. The Polis plumber said there would be no charge for the fix. Wow, what a great and conscientious service company. Emil gave an arrival window between 11 and 1. He arrived at 11. He took his time diagnosing the problem, unlike previous plumbers who made a rushed assessment and misdiagnosed the problem. I immediately turned off the water main, and did a yelp search. I gave them a call and sent pictures. I had an appointment for 12-2 window. They showed just before 12. Indeed, my shower parts needed replacing but they also determined that the leaking from the ceiling in the garage was from a water heater pipe spraying water on the ceiling making it look like that. They fixed the shower situation, replaced my old water heater on the spot. The price was very reasonable, i didn't want to buy into a water heater plan, just give me close to whatever I had. Francis came to my place 1 day after I called up to mention a problem with the hotness of the water since a slow undetected prolonged leak upstairs was dripping into my water heater (for months) Francis has A+ troubleshooting skills. And his teaching/explanation was also top-notch. He quickly tested a bunch of different stuff to get the lay of the land. Then with that complete info he quickly gave a theory for the problem (mixing valve). Then after more questions he gave a solid reasoning as to what triggered that to occur.
