This company never disappoints and has constantly gone above and beyond what is needed. This time, our water heater thermostat failed so no hot water from Xmas on...so Monday 12/29 I make some calls to companies specializing on water heater replacement. I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. We've used them on several different occasions and it's ALWAYS 5+ stars. read more

Most recently they fixed the plumbing and flooring in my bathroom, which had deteriorated due to a leak. They demolished the tile and subfloor, reinstalled a brand new subfloor, new tile, and new toilet. See the photos. They took care of everything for me. We had an issue with our kitchen sink drain line becoming clogged, so we called our usual plumbing service, but their earliest time to come help us was 6 days away. We couldn't go almost a week with a non-functioning kitchen sink. Came back to Yelp and Rene from Magnificent Plumbing responded to our inquiry. Called them back this morning and they scheduled us in the afternoon. Arrived within the promised time period, with text updates as to their arrival times and status. Rene was our service tech, and was very friendly, engaging, honest about estimate prices and services he recommended, and it did not seem he was trying to upsell. He did advise that a hydrojet cleaning would be useful later on at some point and quoted an estimate for that, but was not needed now. He had the job completed in about half an hour start to finish and our sinks drain perfectly. Quoted price was reasonable and the company accepts credit cards or checks. We appreciated the level of professionalism and service provided, and will consider Magnificent Plumbing our new primary plumber. Highly recommended! Our kitchen sink was backing up and leaking. It was also effecting our laundry room sink. I called to see if someone could come out at around 4pm and they showed up 4:15pm! They were able to identify the problems within a few minutes of being there. Apparently the plumbing company I had used previously 2 years ago when I installed a new garbage disposal didn't do a great job tightening the brackets and they had all rusted which was causing the leak. The crew also cleaned the clogged drains for me to ensure proper water flow and replaced the bracket on my garbage disposal and tightened all the screws. I had a suspicious water leak issue at my house alerted by the city water and my builder warranty was not responsive. I had to hire Rene to identify where the leak was and he discovered that it was in the front main water line. I was about to have him redo the water line but luckily my builder finally came through. However, I had a wonderful experience with Rene's professionalism and reliability. Shortly after we had a water pressure issue at the house and we found out that our water pressure regulator was failing on us, where it was reading from 80-100 psi but the water pressure in the house was low. I knew I had to call Rene to help replace the PRV. He was able to come the very next day to look at the issue. Since we would have to have the water off for 2 hours, he did some prep digging so that the replacement would go quicker the next morning. Sergio came the next morning at 10am and was done around 12pm. Quicker than expected! I really appreciate his team's responsiveness on Yelp msging as well as txting me 20 minutes prior to arrival. This is not my usual experience with Plumbers and I have had some bad ones in the past. It was an expensive fix, but I am so worn out by my builder's warranty team, that I rather pay a reliable company that I could count on. Rene has a 1 year warranty on his work and the factory has 6 year warranty on the regulator part. The new regulator is much easier to use and looks sturdier than the part the builder had used. I will surely be contacting Rene's team if I have any plumbing issues in the future. read more
