This is the second time I went with Sayed's plumbing service, and I'll be back next time for sure. (fingers crossed not any time soon...) Sayed's very responsive via Yelp messaging, and was willing to do a quote without coming out. (I understand sometimes you have to check out the situation in-person, but who has time to schedule multiple appointments just to get a quote?) Since it wasn't an emergency, I said that he could come out any time this week, but he made it a priority and fixed the problems the next day. This time, it was only a running toilet plus needing to replace a shower head. (Yes, probably could have done it ourselves, but going with a professional with a 6-month guarantee is a no-brainer.) Sayed fixed both quickly, and also de-clogged the bathtub when asked to take a look at the slow drainage. (Found a huge hairball, no wonder...)
