I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. We've used them on several different occasions and it's ALWAYS 5+ stars.

I immediately turned off the water main, and did a yelp search. I gave them a call and sent pictures. I had an appointment for 12-2 window. They showed just before 12. Indeed, my shower parts needed replacing but they also determined that the leaking from the ceiling in the garage was from a water heater pipe spraying water on the ceiling making it look like that. They fixed the shower situation, replaced my old water heater on the spot. The price was very reasonable, i didn't want to buy into a water heater plan, just give me close to whatever I had. Amazing what those 2 did in such a short time. They know what they're doing and how to price the services such that you don't have to shop around. That was what I experienced.

I noticed yesterday (Saturday) there was a very slow drip. I placed a bin underneath went to sleep woke up and it was partially full. I called Roto because I needed the service today and not tomorrow. I was scheduled for today within a 2-hour window for my zip code. Guy, the technician, was great. He quoted me a price, went to get the cartridge that needed to be replaced and returned quickly. I also had a water restoration technician, Rolan, come out as well. I explained the water leak that had occurred from the drip down to the other unit was going to be taken care of by that owner and I would just pay for the materials. He provided information regarding condo insurance and what his work would cover. Guy showed me where my water turn off was located. He completed the work within 20 minutes. He went over the warranty for labor and not the part because Roto-Rooter didn't provide the part. He said the company would be willing to work with me in case there's a future issue by discounting the labor. I found a coupon on their app which he honored as well. This is my first time using this company and I am satisfied. I highly recommend from the initial call to the professionalism of the technicians. I got text updates as well. (should u choose that option) I'm going to look into their annual plan of $249 which would cover any future visits if needed. Parts may not be included, though labor appears to be. Cheers!

I had a first-rate experience with Reed Plumbing! I asked them to replace two faucets plus a failing pressure regulator outside the house. They did a a beautiful job! The faucets were replaced for aesthetic reasons, and the replacement of the whole assembly, including the pop up stopper and flange in the sink, left the counter and sink in perfect condition. Because they were working on multiple things, they asked to be paid by the hour. However, they did everything quickly and were in an out in just a couple of hours, making the price of the whole thing quite reasonable. I asked them back to fix a possible additional issue. They came by to take care of it but concluded it wasn't actually needed. The business owner, Marco, refused to let me reimburse him for his time and trouble to come by. I guess the best I can do now is describe here the excellent experience I've had with them over these two visits. The next time I have a problem with my plumbing, I'll be calling Reed Plumbing back for sure. read more

Our hot water pipe sprung a leak in our slab foundation. The house being forty-one years old, needed a complete repipe. This is a huge job that requires rerouting new pipes through walls, ceiling, and attic crawl spaces. Our normal go to plumbing company doesn't do repiping, so they recommended Reed Plumbing. I trusted their referral, and wasn't disappointed. Marco, Pepe, and Daniel made schedule adjustments to accommodate us. They did an outstanding job. We booked a hotel for five nights based on what our neighbors had experienced with their repipe, and the job was completed in three days. On the fourth day, the city inspector signed off on the job, and we were back in business. These guys work hard, non stop, and do great work. They also alerted us to a few other things that needed attention, and they addressed those while the walls were open. The cost was not only reasonable, but was considerably less than other bids. I reached out to Reed through Yelp (during the holidays, so I expect no response for a couple days which I do understand .) While waiting for the response, another company reached out to me and I did try to use them because I can't stand to see my utility sink clogged when I use the kitchen sink. I was very disappointed because they sent someone that I think he didn't have experience with by himself because 1) he didn't have the right equipment with him. 2) he said I will need a second pump, but he doesn't have it with him. If I can live with the utility sink slowly draining; then, nothing I need to do. 3) he couldn't find my clean out on the outside of my sink. Luckily there's no charge because he didn't do anything. Marco contacted me back the very next day. The team only takes a little bit over an hour and a half with 1) found the clean out on the outside 2) running the machine to unclogged and 3) no need to install a second pump. Recently I contacted Marco, the owner of Reed Plumbing, to solve an issue with an older gas line setup that was protruding too far out from the wall for a new stove I had just purchased. Marco was able to dispatch Pepe and Gonzalo within days. This dynamic duo was fantastic! They not only replaced fittings and a valve that provided an extra 2" of space, they did it without cutting into any drywall (which would have left me with additional repairs). On top of that, they took time to install the stove which had been sitting in the middle of my kitchen requiring them to make some precision cuts into the wood flooring to properly seat and level the unit. Lowes delivery team could not have done that, so to say I am extremely pleased with Reed Plumbing is an understatement! They were all GREAT!! read more

Marco and his plumbing crew did an excellent job of removing and replacing my old galvanized pipe in the crawl space with copper. On Marco's initial job walk he was on time, wore booties and a mask. He understood what I wanted to do and made excellent recommendations for getting the project done on time. Marco's bid was very competitive. We…read moreinitially reached out to him because we had an unusual dishwasher plumbing setup, with a dedicated water supply located below the old unit that created problems when installing a new dishwasher. Before even coming out, he took time to try to help us troubleshoot the issue, which we really appreciated. After arriving, he was able to clearly explain the situation, walk us through our options, and provide quotes for several jobs. We ultimately hired him to remove the extra pipe and reroute the dishwasher water supply to the kitchen sink, and he did a great job. He was professional, informative, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When our motion sensor kitchen faucet started giving us trouble at the end and the hot water would not stop running, he went above and beyond by contacting Moen for us, helping get a replacement part sent out, and then coming back to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He was also very respectful of our home, including wearing boot covers, and his pricing felt fair for the quality of work and service he provided. It's not always easy to find someone who is skilled, responsive, and genuinely helpful, but Daniel was all of those things.
