Only FIVE stars ! I would like to give them TEN ! From the…read morevery first encounter with this company, I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and kindness. It really resonated with us because of how overall customer service these days has taken a back seat to profit. ( nothing wrong with profit, but there is a blend for success ) I had 4 bids for a complete re-pipe of our home. 2 of the 4 , barely looked at our concerns, and one company didn't even come out, just gave me a HIGH quote over a text message. My wife and I were immediately set at ease by Armon. Not only did he come out as he said, he was on time and communicated with us at all times. He took the time to take pictures, ask questions of us AND listen to our concerns. We were actually able to negotiate a workable solution and price, which was something the other companies were unwilling to do. One week before the agreed upon start date, I had the pleasure of meeting Art, another brother, I believe there are 3 brothers. But anyway, this guy is TOP SHELF ! He came out and told us he would be doing the re-pipe job, and he went over everything that he needed for me to due in preparation for their arrival. On the start day, they were half an hour early. They went straight to work. All during the day Art was keeping me informed of any and all issues that we should be aware of, and asking ME my opinion, Incredible. These guys worked together very well, it was obvious that they are highly experienced in all aspects of plumbing and re piping. Top of the line tools and well organized parts caught my attention quickly. During the course of this project we had walls exposed in multiple areas, old steel pipe being removed, it looked like mayhem to this home owner, but to them it was all part of this difficult process. At all times they were keeping things picked up and vacuumed, always aware, and causing no harm to our property. Needless to say, this big job had us with some high anxiety, but the feeling that we had while they worked and after completion was so satisfying. Just having the feeling of trust with the people that were in our home, almost immediately, that is priceless. So a great big THANK YOU to Art, Armon, Arman...and lets not forget Uncle Joseph ! I highly recommend New Flow Plumbing to everyone.

I had quote from another company that quoted me $360+ to do the job but said I would not have to pay if they weren't successful. I went for the lower cost one and prayed they would be successful. And they were! Called and gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving. My appt window was 10-12 and they arrive before 11:00. The 2 guys were friendly and professional and got straight to work. All 3 things were unclogged and they were on their way well before 12. They also let me know that the toilet was leaking from the bottom and likely needed a new wax seal. They offered to do it but said it would bring my total up to $350! :/ I opted not to do that as it's easy enough to do on my own.. wax seals are pretty cheap to buy and otherwise it's just time and a little lifting. All in all, I was very happy with the service and the price. But this is also same day of the appt so I'll give it a week or 2 to make sure all clogs are really cleared. For reference, this is the first time I've ever needed a plumbing service to clear any clogs so I'm hoping we shouldn't have any issues moving forward

How many have had that plumbing emergency right at a holiday or weekend? Well us too the day before…read moreThanksgiving. A leak was discovered in our Hydronic system residing in our attic. It was a pinhole size leak in the Pex that sprayed also causing damage to our ceiling. We are prior victims at another residence to a toilet hose coming free from the fitting draining 13k gallons of water to our upper story so we have water PTSD to say the least. After pumping water from the pan into buckets up and down a ladder into the attic for hours, I wrapped the leak with plumbing tape to slow it and waited for our home warranty assistant to find a plumber to help. The earliest appointment was for the following Monday which was (5) more days away. I called numerous plumbing companies, most didn't answer the phone. I'm sure because of the Holiday. I continued to bucket out water every 3-4 hours and we slept very little through the next day after also hosting numerous guests for dinner. On Friday, I continued to call around and begged the home warranty staff to try and find someone as this was to the point of just turning off the water to our home and leaving. No one was available sooner according to the scheduler. I then had the best fortune of reaching out to NEWWRX Plumbing and was contacted by Mike Little who made us an appointment for the following morning. Service Technician Juan Rodriguez was at our home first thing and went to work making the repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable about our system and what was needed to fix it. He was experienced and was someone I immediately knew I could trust to do the job right. I have a few other future projects in the works and they will be my "go-to" for business. Most importantly, when things were looking pretty bleak to get this problem fixed, NEWWRX showed up!
