DS plumbing is great and they deserve all the high ratings. Dennis was super responsive when I first contacted him about replacing our water heater and once I agreed to the estimate we figured out an installation day quickly. We had a very difficult water heater to remove, in the middle of a stairwell with a very small landing, and being 20 years old, the heater was super heavy with sediment. As the old heater was being carried out, it broke and hit the floor, causing a very minor mark on our newly replaced floors. This was a complete accident but Dennis clearly felt bad and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service. They did a great job installing the new heater and I will definitely recommend DS plumbing to anyone I know and would definitely use them again in the future.
