Top Rank Plumbing - A new hot water heater. - Plumbing Near Me - Carmichael, California

I was very pleased to get a hold of Top Rank Plumbing on a Saturday morning when everyone else was closed. And they were able to get out the same day and diagnose the issue. They were very professional and I appreciate their follow through. read more

This company was amazing. Called regarding the outflow unit for the house as it had been leaking for a few weeks. Made an appt. for me for the next day, diagnosed the problem and made the repair that day. I was given two options regarding the repair and the communication between all the parties was excellent. Their experience, knowledge and customer support were well above my expectations. I highly recommend this company. read more

I was quoted over $1,400 to replace the garbage disposal and instahot w/service ($800 for parts). Home Depot showed them to be less than $400 together. I had another plumber come to install the garbage disposal I purchased on my own and it wasn't even broken after all. It just needed the reset button pushed back in. Why didn't Top Rank do this???? Absolute criminal company. Stay away, I'll recommend my new guy and give him all the business I can - who didn't even charge for showing up. read more

We had a water damage emergency and they came out same day to help us figure out everything going on. Saved us a lot of stress and prices were reasonable all things considered. Thanks Israel! read more

I had a surprisingly pleasant ride with this company from start to finish. I threw some candid feedback about their pricing, and Israel, the owner, didn't get defensive--he actually listened. He said he'd review things with his partners, and the price adjustment was evident on the second time I hired them. It's refreshing to see a business respond to feedback with actual changes. The second visit few days later felt like a déjà vu in the best way: Devin showed up with the same mix of know-how and good vibes. He hunted down a part that Lowes and Home Depot didn't have, ordered it online, and it arrived in two days. When Devin wasn't available, Christian stepped in and knocked out the install just as smoothly. Both were friendly, sharp, and clearly value-packed pros. Work quality was top-notch and the job was done quickly. The owner's follow-up afterward felt like the cherry on top--proof they care about the results and the customer beyond the sale. Bottom line: I'll use them again and happily recommend them. If you want responsive leadership and solid, personable techs, you're in good hands here! read more

Called Top Rank Plumbing on Sunday afternoon after my DIY shower mixing cartridge replacement ran into a snag. The water supply valve wouldn't turn off completely! They sent Dominic out Monday morning. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, and rebuilt both hot and cold stem valves so I wouldn't have any trouble in the future. Price was right, work done well and quickly. I would highly recommend Top Rank Plumbing and their technician Dominic for any plumbing problems you might have!! read more

Great customer service. Explained in detail everything that was being done & my repairs. Highly recommended.

I chose Top Rank based on their strong Yelp reviews and appreciated that they were able to send a technician out the next day. For context, I have a tankless water heater in my attic that had started leaking. Dominic came out, inspected the unit, and confirmed there was a crack. Given the situation, he recommended replacement. I had mentioned when scheduling--and again during the visit--that I would be filing a homeowners insurance claim and would need a diagnostic report outlining the issue. I received the quote shortly after the inspection, but the diagnostic report took longer than expected to come through. I followed up a few times over the next couple of days, and while I was told it would be provided, there were some delays in getting it to me. Since the issue was ongoing, timing was important on my end. That said, after sharing my experience, the owner reached out directly to apologize and followed through by providing the diagnostic report as promised. Overall, I appreciate the follow-up and the effort to resolve things. read more

Technician was very polite and friendly, on time, easy to schedule, good communication. Called to get a bathtub drain cleared, the drain is draining well as of this review. Technician snaked 5' past p-trap. Technician was here for about an hour from time of arrival to departure. Service was $580 which seems pricey to me. Was not able to obtain a ballpark estimate over the phone when scheduling. Edited to add - customer service followed up with me via phone call a couple hours after service and yelp review and explained that the wrong selection was coded and I was refunded $185, for a total cost of $395 for the drain unclog. Appreciated the fast response to the error and the refund. Had I not posted the review it may or may not have been caught so I'm glad I did! read more

Called to have tankless water heater checked out due to no hot water. Israel came out on schedule on time and examined the unit finding nothing was wrong. After plugging in the unit, it restarted and was fine. I paid him his service fee of $99 for his time. The good news was he told the truth and did not try to fix something that didn't need fixing. It's good to know he is honest and I can trust him for future jobs. I had problems with air conditioning Service group out of Rocklin trying to over charge. It's a good day when you know no one ripped you off. Inspection well done today read more

Same day availability, super friendly and efficient plumber, and clear communication--great experience!

Excellent customer service and a quick response. Dominic came out and was friendly and affable. Installation only took about 30 minutes. However Top Rank charged $475 for a simple faucet install...Lowes quoted me $299 for the same faucet install. Since Top Rank charges $99 for an estimate I went ahead and ate the difference . However, the difference in price is way too wide to ignore. I guess from now on I will go with the big box store installation not Top Rank. BEWARE!! Be sure and get other estimates or skip them entirely! read more

What started as a simple clogged shower turned out to be a much bigger plumbing issue, and I'm really glad we called Top Notch Plumbers. Deven and his team were incredibly hard-working, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Deven took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through the options, and answered all of our questions without rushing. Even with the added complexity, they were able to fix everything in the same day, and they also look for a water leak since l mentioned that my water bill is high. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thank you Deven!! Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of work was top-notch. It's clear they take pride in what they do. We had a water heater go south and saw good reviews with Top Rank Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Devin walked me through 3 options and just replacing the tank we had made the most sense. He took the time to explain things in detail and didn't push anything, just got the job laid out so I could make an informed decision. They were on time and did a great job with a fair price. I really appreciated their approach. Thanks guys! read more

Top Rank has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a smell coming from under the house and scheduled an inspection. The next day Deven came out to take a look to determine the issue. Turns out that we had old drainage pipes from the kitchen sink that had eroded and was spilling water directly under the house! Within just a few hours we were presented with multiple options and each was explained. In addition, abatement work was needed to clean the water from under the house. Once the decision was made for a repair, work started the next day, and within a week the water under the house was clean, smell gone and new piping throughout! From the beginning we were never pressured into any choice, explained our options clearly and given time to make a decision and ask questions. The crew arrived when expected and communicated along the way during the process. Everything that was worked on was cleaned at the end of every day and every encounter was extremely professional. Honestly, Top Rank took a highly stressful situation/big job, and made the process look so easy. Definitely recommend and happy to have a trusted service for any future plumbing needs! read more
