Was not able to obtain a ballpark estimate over the phone when scheduling. Edited to add - customer service followed up with me via phone call a couple hours after service and yelp review and explained that the wrong selection was coded and I was refunded $185, for a total cost of $395 for the drain unclog. Called to have tankless water heater checked out due to no hot water. Israel came out on schedule on time and examined the unit finding nothing was wrong. After plugging in the unit, it restarted and was fine. I paid him his service fee of $99 for his time. The good news was he told the truth and did not try to fix something that didn't need fixing. Top Rank has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a smell coming from under the house and scheduled an inspection. The next day Deven came out to take a look to determine the issue. Turns out that we had old drainage pipes from the kitchen sink that had eroded and was spilling water directly under the house! Within just a few hours we were presented with multiple options and each was explained. In addition, abatement work was needed to clean the water from under the house. Once the decision was made for a repair, work started the next day, and within a week the water under the house was clean, smell gone and new piping throughout!
