It really resonated with us because of how overall customer service these days has taken a back seat to profit. ( nothing wrong with profit, but there is a blend for success ) I had 4 bids for a complete re-pipe of our home. 2 of the 4 , barely looked at our concerns, and one company didn't even come out, just gave me a HIGH quote over a text message. My wife and I were immediately set at ease by Armon. Not only did he come out as he said, he was on time and communicated with us at all times. He took the time to take pictures, ask questions of us AND listen to our concerns. We were actually able to negotiate a workable solution and price, which was something the other companies were unwilling to do. One week before the agreed upon start date, I had the pleasure of meeting Art, another brother, I believe there are 3 brothers. But anyway, this guy is TOP SHELF ! He came out and told us he would be doing the re-pipe job, and he went over everything that he needed for me to due in preparation for their arrival. On the start day, they were half an hour early. They went straight to work. All during the day Art was keeping me informed of any and all issues that we should be aware of, and asking ME my opinion, Incredible. These guys worked together very well, it was obvious that they are highly experienced in all aspects of plumbing and re piping. Top of the line tools and well organized parts caught my attention quickly. During the course of this project we had walls exposed in multiple areas, old steel pipe being removed, it looked like mayhem to this home owner, but to them it was all part of this difficult process. At all times they were keeping things picked up and vacuumed, always aware, and causing no harm to our property. Needless to say, this big job had us with some high anxiety, but the feeling that we had while they worked and after completion was so satisfying. Just having the feeling of trust with the people that were in our home, almost immediately, that is priceless. So a great big THANK YOU to Art, Armon, Arman...and lets not forget Uncle Joseph ! I highly recommend New Flow Plumbing to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about Paul with Access Sewer…read more After dealing with a plumbing emergency involving a sewer backup and tree root intrusion, I was overwhelmed and had received extremely high estimates from another company. It honestly felt like I was being pushed into unnecessary, very expensive work. I reached out to Paul for a second opinion, and I'm so grateful I did. From the very first conversation, Paul was kind, patient, and incredibly honest. He took the time to listen to my situation, explained everything clearly, and focused on solving the problem--not selling me something I didn't need. That alone was such a relief. Instead of pushing costly repairs, Paul worked to find the most practical and affordable solution. He truly goes the extra mile and treats you like family, not just another job. His integrity and professionalism really stand out, and it's rare to find someone so trustworthy in this industry. Because of Paul, I was able to avoid thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. If you're dealing with a sewer backup, root intrusion, or any plumbing issue, I highly recommend Access Sewer. I will absolutely be using Paul for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

I had a sewer backup caused by root intrusion and initially hired another plumbing company. Their original estimate was around $5,000. On the second day, they told me a pipe ran underneath a gas line and that it would require another $3,000 in work, bringing the total to about $8,000. I called Access Sewer for a second opinion, and Paul immediately questioned whether it was actually a gas line. He recommended that I verify it with 811 and PG&E before spending the additional money. I did, and PG&E confirmed it was NOT a gas line. I canceled the original plumber and hired Paul. The difference was night and day. He used better equipment and higher-quality parts, and even discovered that work the original plumber had completed just ONE DAY earlier was already starting to fail. Paul repaired everything correctly in a fraction of the time and charged me LESS THAN HALF of what the original company was going to charge. What impressed me most was his honesty. His communication was excellent, he explained everything clearly, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. If I ever have another sewer issue, Access Sewer will be my first call. I would recommend Paul without hesitation to any friend or family member.
