Alex responded very quickly! He did an amazing job installing my mom's kitchen faucet! He was professional, punctual, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The faucet looks great and works flawlessly. He was friendly, efficient, and left the area clean when he finished. I highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for quality work and excellent service. Contacted various plumbers via Yelp project (an excellent feature of Yelp) and got responses from several (including R Box) within an hour of submitting the request (even on a Sunday). Alex from R Box was prompt in all of his responses, clearing communicating when he will show up and his ETA and also update on teh work after he was done. While he mentioned that he would charge for the initial diagnosis, (like every other plumber), he could not find the root-cause after ~45mins of testing: so he said that he would not charge until I call him if / when the leak shows up again. Quite disciplined. I will be sure to use their services when I need another service. Keep up your honesty and work-ethic. read more

Alex was excellent! He was professional and repaired our water heater very quickly. We've used R Box for a few projects now and we can't recommend him enough! read more

Alex was fantastic. He was quick to answer a bid, whereas other plumbers withheld estimates or wanted us to talk to schedulers. He gave a us a free estimate on plumbing projects we needed completed and sent a written quote within an hour of leaving. We had him do a dishwasher install and his price was very fair. He did and excellent install and was so grateful he was patient with trying to coordinate delivery with the time he had to come to repair it. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and a good guy to work with. We had three other plumbers come by for bids that have great reviews on Yelp but he was by far the best! So glad we found him. read more

R Box plumbing saved us once again! We had leak coming from under our sink and took a video of it. It looked like it was coming from our garbage disposal. I reached out to them and they said it would need replacing. I asked a few questions and they were very patient and answered them all. The prices were comparable to what I've seen and Alex was available to come the next day. He called me to let me know if he could come early and when he got here he confirmed the issue. He said it would take 45 minutes and he was actually done earlier than that. He even taught us how unclog the new disposal. Always happy with their service and even talked them about our future projects! read more

No issues with the stove, at all. Called Alex again because the water valve outside for my sprinkler system just started to erupt. I turned off the water to the house and gave him a call, and he came by same day and fixed that as well. He showed me the issue (seems the handyman I hired a few years back used the wrong type of glue and it just popped off). It's been a few weeks since and still no issues, so safe to say job well done. I think I paid Alex about the same to fix this water valve as I did the handyman last time, which if you count for recent inflation means Alex probably cost less for bettet quality of work (assuming nothing happens, knock on wood). Just referred him to my mom, so sufficed to say I am very pleased with his work, price, and customer service. read more

Alex came out and did a great job replacing my faucet for a fair price. 5 stars for him! Thank you read more

We were referred to Dimitry at R Box for repair of a sewer line issue. He was prompt and provided a free and reasonable estimate. He was able to pull city permits and perform a perfect repair. Repair passed inspection with flying colors. No surprise charges. Prompt, clean and efficient work. Looks like I found a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Would definitely consider using again. read more

Our toilet has been clogged for over a month now and we've tried using an auger that was bought at Home Depot to no avail. Therefore, I ended up on yelp and got some quotes from different plumbers in our area and decided to go with R Box Plumbing since they were the most responsive and gave the best price out of all that I contacted. They came in, assessed the problem and tried working with it with a longer auger first to see if it can be solved with that (which I very much appreciate since if it was solved with that then the removal would not be necessary). When it was evident that it wouldn't work, they went ahead and proceeded with the removal of the toilet (which I was originally quoted for) and that solved the problem! Even though he worked with it with the auger first (which took some time), he only charged me for the removal of the toilet. Overall, R Box Plumbing and their staff are professional, quick, and their prices are reasonable (especially during these tough times). I would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing problems and will absolutely use their services again in the future if need be. read more

I called R Box on Friday afternoon with a broken shower valve and two sink fixtures that needed repair. They answered right away and were able to come out the next morning. They arrived on time, had everything they needed for the boy with them, and had both issues fixed in less than 90 minutes. The price was very fair, and I HIGHLY recommend R Box to anyone who needs plumbing help! read more

They came in $100 below other bids for replacing exterior hose bibs. Excellent work on hose bibs and quoted replacement of 26 year old water heater. This professional grade water heater was done quickly and professionally along with taking care of inspection and permit at a reasonable fee. I rest easily knowing a disaster was averted by making move to replace instead of leaking failure. read more

Quick return message. Showed up on time, finished quickly, and cost remained the same as quoted.

We had a leak we couldn't find that was spewing water down our driveway. Reached out through yelp projects and r box plumbing came right away. Found the general area of the leak and didn't charge us anything. Much appreciated read more

I'm late to writing this update....I contacted Alex again in December regarding low water pressure in my kitchen faucet. He responded quickly and was even able to come out the same day to look at it. He was able to mostly fix it that day. After he left I noticed there was still an intermittent issue where the water had low pressure, but if I adjusted the temperature/position of the handle it would normally resolve the issue. I reached out via text a little later to see what I should do if it keeps happening, but he didn't respond. This went on for a little while, but over time it has decreased to where it only happens rarely, and I am okay with that. While he was here, we had also discussed removing the pedestal sink and replacing it with a typical vanity/new sink. I was under the impression that he was going to send me an estimate, but I never received one. read more

Dmitri and Alex run a tight ship. Fast, reliable, responsive, friendly, and great service. Alex did a great job installing my own kitchen faucet with zero leaks, cleaned up afterwards and was very neat. He did so well, I invited him back to replace my toilet. Absolutely fantastic job by Alex! He was prompt in responding my messages, and showed up *exactly* on time. Alex is very knowledgeable, and was meticulous in his work. We had to remove the extra piping in the waterline, left over from an earlier whole house water filter removal. Alex's quote was for just cutting the line at 2 places and soldering a new piece there. Alex mentioned that doing it that way will have new pipe sticking out of the wall, and offered to put a side joint so that the bend is completely hidden inside the wall - at no extra charge! Alex also found an old strap from the builders that was rubbing against the pipe, with a potential to create a pinhole leak. He replaced that with a properly installed copper strap, again at no extra charge. It was clear that Alex took pride in the quality of his work, and spent the time to really polish the copper pipe (inside and outside) before doing soldering. His work was so good that I paid him MORE than the agreed price, even though he did not ask for it. Highly recommended. read more

The name is strange but the service, professionalism and honesty factors of this family owned company are exceptional. Loved working with Alex, he took his time, asked questions, gave me multiple options and got everything done. He explained a few thing about the install (great knowledge transfer) and gave me some background on his company, including the name. :) I highly recommend R Box, and will be using them exclusively moving forward. read more

Look no further for your plumbing needs! I was extremely impressed with Alex and his timely communication and excellent work. Such a breath of fresh air after the first business I tried to hire for this job off Yelp did a no show without even a text to explain. You can just tell when people don't cut corners and have an attention to detail. Alex replaced two of my toilets along with several supply lines and compression fittings in no time. Their rates are also very competitive compared to some of the quotes I received for this job. In fact, I don't think you'll find a better combination of great work and very reasonable rates with anyone else in the area. Thanks again Alex! read more

I have found my Go To Plumber without even meeting him. I left my whole house fan on without opening a window. I was getting Sewage gas coming up through my shower drain and toilet. I knew it was probably due to the P traps having researched google. I so appreciated an answer to remedy my problem over the phone without even being charged for it. I thought it was so kind as the plumber was working at the time to offer a free solution without even having to come to my house.. I was quite worried about it and I so thank him for his kindness which so often is hard to find these days. Thank you, thank you thank you and you have my Business forever. read more
