We had an unexpected issue arise when our kitchen counters guy was working the day prior, when we discovered our dishwasher was not installed correctly to code and that our angle stop shutoffs under the sink were not functional. The young man Iverson sent to us was only here for a couple of hours and very efficiently reconfigured our drain, installed a code complaint air gap for our dishwasher, replaced our angle stops, and reinstalled our garbage disposal without any further issues. In the process of selling my home, I was told the master bedroom drain was slow and the dishwasher loop needed to be fixed so I spoke with Jimmy and made a service appointment. No upfront scheduling fees, and I was given a fair quote for the estimated work to fix the two items. Come the day of the service appointment, Roger updated me on his ETA, showed up at the confirmed time, and looked at everything. The honesty comes in where he confirmed there was nothing to fix really and explained that the dishwasher loop would require an air intake valve which meant cutting through the granite counter and he ran the dishwasher which ran just fine. All this to say, I could have had another company charge me just for the visit and for a fake fix but not Mako! Roger went the extra mile to write me a report invoice of $0 explaining his inspection.
