Kind of a tricky repair and they nailed it. Would recommend to a friend. They were open to my suggestions as well, which was nice.

I hired this company to replumb a 4 plex. I was told it would take a week and a half. It took over 5 weeks. It caused a huge inconvenience for my tenants and myself. They made dozens and dozens of mistakes that the owners wife states are "human error". They trenched the lines and cracked the sewer line and did not repair it but covered it up. I had to hire another plumber to camera the line to look for damages. They also do extremely sloppy work and have no business taking on big jobs. The elder father says he can no longer do the work due to his health issues. They can't start till close to 10:00am as the father has stomach issues. They would not show up some days to take on other jobs. They leave as early as 2:00pm so they only worked several hours each day. They cut corners, do substandard and negligent work. read more

So less than a year ago we had our water heater replaced by eagle plumbing. Elaine, who I talked to was super nice and very professional. They were able to schedule me in very quickly. The plumber, Tony showed up and begun to drain our water heater for removal. Unfortunately the drain valve broke from within and water was going everywhere. He quickly went to his truck and found a pipe he had made to screw into the bottom of the water heater to drain outside. Nicely done Tony. Tony was awesome and installed the new water heater without any problems. Just the other day I noticed water leaking out of the hot water line on top of the water heater. I contacted Elaine and showed her some photos of the leak. The next day she scheduled a plumber, Bob who was cool, over and replaced both hot and cold lines with no change to me. Elaine said that the water lines should have been replaced with the new install and there was no cost to me. We had a few plumbing issues, including a leak under the kitchen sink and a failing spigot. I called for a free estimate, and the next evening Bob stopped in and delivered. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Our toilet started wobbling and then leaking. Called Eagle Plumbing and Elaine got someone out to our house the next day. New toilet was purchased and installed within a couple days. Bob even came out the afternoon of Christmas Eve to make sure the job was done right at no extra charge. The price charged was right in line with the research I did on costs for toilet replacement. These guys are no nonsense, reliable, and good to their word. I was so impressed with the customer service at this company. We had new countertops installed which included a new undermount sink. When the install was scheduled for Friday we found that Eagle would come on a Saturday to hook up the sink, dishwasher and disposal plumbing at no additional charge. Then, the countertop people arrived late on Friday (about 5pm) and did not bring the sink. They were unable to get a sink to us by Saturday when the plumber was scheduled. We found out all of this Friday evening when it was too late to cancel the plumber. On Saturday when the plumber arrived he did not even charge for coming out to our house! We have never encountered such a nice construction/repair company! We will get them back to do the install once we get the sink. read more

Had a major issue they said would take one/two days to fix. Took several and they always showed up one to three hours later than they said they would. After "fixing" the problem, it came back within a few days. They said it was not their fault and if we wanted them to come back out we needed to rent a sewer inspection camera and prove the problem was still in the area they "fixed". So we had another company come out and video tape the area and they confirmed that is was the poor work done by Eagle Plumbing. They did ultimately fix the issue but not without a fight. It was not further down the line! It was the spot you originally fixed. In fact there is still a hole in patio because your guy did not fill it back in with concrete. You can now see where the concrete was broken up the second time by the discoloration of the original concrete, the part you poured first, and now where the hole is in the middle. I can send you a picture if you would like, to show you where you can clearly see the place it was originally fixed and then a smaller section in the center of that where it was reopened to be fixed the second time. You do not have good costumer service when you don't fix something right the first time and then argue and then demand that the costumer go out of their way to help you do your job! read more

We had a leak under our house that could only be accessed by the crawl space. They fixed the leak in a couple of hours and their price was a third of the price quoted by a competitor in town. Very nice folks, definitely recommend them! read more

Had a clogged toilet due to an accidental flushed pill bottle cap. Cleared the clog and retrieved the cap but scratched the crap out of my toilet doing so. Surely, plumbers nowadays must have better equipment than metal snakes(which is what I have) so that situations like this can be resolved without damaging the fixtures. Even Home Depot has vinyl coated plumbing augers to protect porcelain!!! read more

Purchased a sink at Home Depot and they have a new service where they provide your information to a couple of outside contractors and Eagle Plumbing was one of them. We are so happy to have found Eagle. He came out and did an extremely good job and as far as I concerned went well above what he was asked to do.
