Just honest, expert work. I hired him for a toilet remove and reset, and he handled it with real care and precision. He walked me through everything involved, the wax ring, the bolts, the anchor flange, the caulk seal, so I always knew what was happening and why. What sets Bobby apart is his character. He's kind, trustworthy, and genuinely not the type to over-diagnose a problem just to pad a bill. In a trade where that's unfortunately common, it means a lot.
