Tom's Septic

Tom's Septic

Absolutely amazing experience with Tom's Septic from start to finish. From the first phone call, to…read moregetting the appointment scheduled, to how quickly they were able to get out to the house - everything was easy, professional, and exactly how customer service should be. Jason called me when he arrived and immediately set expectations for what he would be doing, what to expect, and about how long the process would take. He was incredibly easy to talk to, answered questions, etc. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure I knew what was going on. Jason was awesome. It's refreshing to work with a company that makes the entire experience this easy. Amazing people, amazing service, and an amazing experience all around. Tom's Septic has absolutely earned a customer for life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Tom's Septic and especially jason, who I had the pleasure of…read moredealing with. I originally called Jason out because I thought my septic tank needed to be pumped. He drove all the way out to my property, took the time to look everything over, and then gave me an answer that honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is, "Save your money--you don't need to pump the tank." Instead of taking my money for a service I didn't need, Jason identified that the actual problem was roots clogging the intake to the tank. He could have easily pumped the tank, collected the money, and sent me on my way, but he chose to be completely honest and upfront with me. That kind of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is hard to find these days. Jason put doing the right thing ahead of making a quick dollar, and that speaks volumes about both him and Tom's Septic. If you need septic work done, I would highly recommend Tom's Septic. Having someone show up, diagnose the real problem, and tell you when you don't need to spend money is exactly the kind of business I want to support. Thank you, Jason, for being honest and treating me right. You've definitely earned my trust and my future business

Beside myself with worry, I called Jason the owner of Slack Construction. Another company had referred him to me and said, "He is the man to call." As soon as he answered the phone I cried "Help." And just like that, two heroes on white horses galloped up my driveway within the hour. After coming up my driveway I did not need to explain my problem to Jason and his brother Jamie! Jason told me "Not to worry" and assured me that he could fix my driveway and would return tomorrow. As promised, the next day, Jason along with his brother James, arrived promptly at my home. They brought all the necessary equipment to complete the job at hand and went straight to work. They did not miss a beat! They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and courteous and quickly completed the job. My driveway was beautiful; level, smooth, even, did I say beautiful? Jason and his brother Jamie loaded up their equipment and waved goodbye. Two heroes riding off into the sunset. And I was full of gratitude and thankfulness to Slack Construction for the excellent job they did. I would recommend Slack Construction without reservation; they are a company with integrity.

I first hired EPP for a new toilet installation a year ago, when we had just moved to Roseville. I…read morechose them because of the solid Yelp reviews. They did a great job at a fair price, and I was happy at the time to add the $99 additional charge for their one-year maintenance agreement. That small charge entitles you to preferred pricing, as well as an annual hot water heater flush, and general waterline inspection. I had actually forgotten about it, but then I received a call from them a few days ago saying I should schedule the water heater flush and line inspection, which was included with the maintenance ageement I had already paid for. Right on schedule, Jonathan showed up today to do the annual flush and inspection. He was an exceptionally nice fellow, and he thoroughly explained everything he was doing. And, by renewing my maintenance agreement today while I was still covered under last year's agreement, I was purchasing a full three years of additional coverage for a total of $100, which I think is a terrific deal. Even if we only use EPP for the annual hot water heater flush and inspection, we are way ahead of the game. It can often be stressful dealing with contractors of all kinds who service your home, and so it's a relief to find an honest and fair contractor you know you can trust to do excellent work at a reasonable price. EPP is definitely an honest and fair plumbing contractor, and I have no problem recommending them.
