I would strongly not recommend this company for plumbing services. The communication was not…read moregreat. We agreed on a discounted price, and then they reneged. Would not agree to it even after I had documentation. Also, they were not on time, and did not notify any arrival time windows. They had no business cards, and no invoice of the price details. Even their discount price was very high. I contacted another plumbing service, and they immediately came out. Their price for the same work was half of Sewer & Drain Champion. Sewer and Drain Champion has no credibility and is poorly managed. Do not use them! Dillon the Owner promptly responded. He said they have no recollection of my dealings with them. That is not true! One of the technicians I dealt with was Bill. He was cordial, etc. and worked to get the price of the sump pump installation down to $2500. from $2800. An employee named Chase texted me and said they couldn't offer the lower price. The other company I am now hiring can do the exact same work for $1400. So don't tell me it can't be any lower. Also, an employee named Matt was supposed to install the new sump pump and never communicated to me any arrival time. Here's a picture of the company's van parked in front of my residence last week. They were here and I did interact with them. I recommend any future customers use Sewer and Drain Champion use at your own risk. I hope you have a better experience than I did. Crickets! Your company was here. I have no further comments or wish no further interaction with you or your company. I will definitely never recommend anyone to use your plumbing services. There are many more professional and credible companies out there with better competitive pricing.

***Fraud complaint filed with credit company, California Attorney General, Rob Bonta, Paradise…read moreRidge Chamber of Commerce, with legal action pending*** I hired Attaboy Plumbing to address a clogged sink. Unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. The technician required me to choose between three costly service options before examining the issue--a practice that felt unnecessarily pressured. Despite charging double the typical rate, they were unable to resolve the clog; the technician reported that his equipment malfunctioned during the attempt. They then quoted $4,000 for what they estimated as a few hours' repair that would be done by the end of the day. He didn't have a working drain snake, but he did have the ABS parts (inexpensive) to complete a full drain replacement at more than $1000 an hour. I sought a second opinion the same day from another professional plumbing company. The second company successfully cleared the drain for $328.72, including preventive treatment. They documented that the previous work hadn't addressed the actual problem and provided photographic proof of such with our receipt. UPDATE: I got the same "call me" from Michael T. Don't want to be cursed at again and already moving forward legally.

We are so thankful for your plumbing coming out and helping us with a diagnosis on the water situation we have going on. They crawled under the house, made sure that there was no water into the house which there wasn't. They walked around the yard to make sure that there was no leak in the front or back. And they recommended me to call a company called bull's-eye who leaked detects. Turns out the leaks under my driveway, of course right where I drive in and out every day. Thank goodness for Yolo plumbing they let me know who to contact and how to do it and that they would support them because they know they're good company. I'm new to this. I appreciate their knowledge and Donovan and Kip were amazing. They definitely are an amazing duo. Thank you Donovan thank you for your service and helping me figure this darn thing out. Everything was done expediently and I had no issues with the way my property was left. I had a old cover with a area that didn't fit well, and water could leak into it. The guys put a handle on the lid, and since I couldn't afford a new lid right now, they put some black plastic over it prior to returning the soil to the area. They marked the area so I would know where it was for next time. Since the second area of the septic was under a gravel driveway, I chose not to have that emptied at this time. Overall, quick service and no complaints.
