1 star is too high. I called on Saturday 3/15/25 to get an estimate and schedule an appointment. The male answering the phone said he would call back in an hour. Did not hear back. Called again today at 7:57 am. Same male answered the phone and said he would call back in an hour to hour and half. He was in the truck. It's 5:26 pm and still no call back. I thought I might need service a couple of years ago and just happened to call Advanced Septic Service. The woman (Victoria) was so nice, patient and informative and gave me enough information to realize I probably didn't need service just yet. But I decided that, when the time came for service, I would call them immediately instead of spending time shopping around. I am so glad I did. It's a family-run business with high integrity. I would never use this company again. They came to pump my tank. I did not get to see a bill when I gave my card. Also driver said my septic system had a issue and that someone would come camera it and give me a quote. All he did was walk my yard. They quoted my $6500.00 to basically pothole my system and fix clogged or broken pipe. They called my a couple of times to try to get me to commit to a contract. Well I've done excavation for years. I've done a few septic systems. As well as I have plenty of contacts. Turns out my pipe is old concrete that has been collapsed and full for years. I bought my home two years ago. So much for whoever pumped and inspected the system. I will find that paperwork. I'm getting my whole field done for what they would have charged just to find the problem. Also because I didn't use them they called the health department on me. Trying to force a issue i guess. Use someone else who doesn't bend you over a barrel. read more

Amazing so far.. I live with my boyfriends Mom who has dementia. Everything started backing up Sunday evening on me. I called them after doing a Yelp search and talked to a amazing customer service lady who already had our information from the last time the tank was pumped...2008! She was so helpful and has a tech scheduled to come out this afternoon!!!! I am so happy that I was able to find them. They still had all the information on the access, lid, and tank sizes from 11 years ago. And they will dig up the lid. This is great news since my boyfriend is traveling for work and I do not know where it is or want to dig to it!! So far...amazing service. read more

Nice people and I have been using them in the past, but they took advantage of my situation. They came out in November 2019 but only pumped the soiled side out. Evan though the liquid side was expose, they did not pump it out. We had to call them out again in Dec 2019 due to the tanks being full again. After they pumped out both tanks(only 25$ off from full price) they realized that we are having issues with our leach lines. This could of been caught the first time they came out but I had to pay double for there mistake. I was hoping they would make it right, but they didn't. read more

Jeff and his helper came out and pumped my tank this morning... FANTASTICLY CRAPPY EXPERIENCE! These guys were on time, neat, and knew exactly what to do. They also detected that one of our plumbing fixtures was leaking somewhere causing potential damage to my septic system. Jeff was kind enough to take the time to help me find the culprit before putting the lids back on my tank, even though he didn't have to do that. Thank you. I also have a second tank on my property they were going to pump... when they opened it up, Jeff was honest with me and told me that it wasn't ready and to wait until next year. Let me start by saying if I can give this place a negative star I would. I have a sceptic tank that was in need of pumping so I gave them a call and requested a quote. They gave me a quote based on price per gallon pumped. We had gotten our tank dug up (a rather deep one prior to their visit) however it has been raining quite a bit and tanked was obviously overflowing. On appt day the technician came out and noticed there were water in the area. We told him we needed it pumped. He started the pump (less than 3 mins) and sucked up some water but stopped and said there was too much mud and said he refuse to dig up the area since it would take him a few hours. They then said it would cost us $250 for them coming out to service us and pumping 500 gallon. My question is what did they service and I'm not even sure you can pump 500 gallons in less than 3 minutes. I expected that as professional they would have told us the situation and told us that pumping in this situation is impossible versus pumping a bit of water and charging us 250 for coming out for less than 5 mins. I called and talked to the rep on the phone and asked if some cost could be used towards our next appt and she said no, there's a service fee of 175 for just coming out! I wished they would have informed us ahead of time and evaluated the situation more professionally before doing nothing and charging us. As a result tank is still full and we are $250 out. read more

Very nice and very professional. I called to get our septic tank cleaned out for maintenance and they came out the next day. They showed up on time (after calling me 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way), did a good job and cleaned up the job so you could barely tell they had been there.
