Jim and Michelle were very professional, listened to our needs & concerns, worked with our vision and also provided helpful & educational suggestions. Their timeline was efficient and planned around other contractors that were working within our home as well. When our slabs came in, we were able to see if they were satisfactory, and they definitely were! Their installers were scheduled to come and template our home and the cuts were made at the shop. When they were delivered, again, they were very professional & efficient. The seams between two slabs were thoughtfully placed and are minimally visible and the edges are smooth. They respected our home and cleaned up after themselves. Any concerns we had after install were addressed and we were left with beautiful counter tops. Overall, we are very happy with the value you get and the quality work Purestone provides. We would go to them again if needed in the future, and we would recommend their work. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
