Her and the other girl working the counter, didn't catch her name, she was more professional ;that being said, they bantered back and forth in Spanish while they were trying to figure out our order, not realizing my husband understands Spanish enough to know what they were saying about us. Our house was overdue for new paint after 10+ years since our diy paint job and we decided to hire professionals to get the job done. After researching painters, Oscar was recommended by a friend - who saw some of his work in a different neighborhood. From the start, Oscar was attentive, honest, friendly, and accommodating to what we wanted done. We knew what color we wanted for the base color with an idea for the trim and no clue for the door color.  Oscar is very knowledgeable and helped with matching a good trim color and lovely door color that tied everything together. He also offered some ideas to help enhance the look of the house (ie garage door color, color on the stucco popouts) that we took him up on and the overall result looks amazing - like a whole new house! We have security gates and bars and opted for Oscar and his team to paint them as well.  Oscar, Dario, and Joshua arrived early each day and did great work. They were meticulous, courteous, always kept us in the loop, and cleaned up. I had about 1/2 a day to decide and I did not feel rushed. Gus did a great job communicating the timeline and when it was going to start costing more money. The process ultimately made me feel very confident with our color choice and we are very happy with the results! Scope Change - We added on painting wrought iron railings, the week before starting the job. He was able to accommodate the additional project problem! Unquoted trim work - There was 4 months between quoting and job start. I forgot that we had discussed that I planned to paint the space on our windows between the shutters and the window.
