Upon entering, you are greeted and offered assistance and direction to help you get to where you need to be. Saves you the annoyance of aimlessly wandering the aisles. Once you get to the proper aisle there WILL be someone there to help you. And that associate actually knows something! True that Ace won't have absolutely everything, but they will make the effort to find what you need and get you in the right direction. Recently, I was there looking for plumbing products for a repair. They had some of the parts but not all of them. The team took the time to help me find and order the missing parts online. The parts arrived at my home the next day...job done... Who provides that kind of service these days??? Ace does!

So when we got there we knew we picked the right place. The equipment that they sell,service, and rent are all top quality and they have a lot of antique decor of the 40's and 50's gas station or auto,and equipment type stuff that was really cool. It felt like we went back in time. The girl behind the counter(I didn't get her name) was polite,very professional and was real knowledgeable on the what we were renting and what's gonna work best with it. It's been awhile since we've been in a place where every employee is so professional and knowledgeable about their product. It was like the old days before the big stores like Home Depot, or Lowes came along. Not only did they beat the big stores prices, but they handled there business like how things used to be and still should be. My partner and I were really impressed by this place. Our trip there was just to rent a sprayer for the day, but it was refreshing to come across a business that does things right, like the "good old days". My only wish is that I would have found Benny's Spray Center years ago. The place is in a great location too. Convientantly located off the 99 freeway, East Fremont St. Exit and it's there on the left. And remember, when you go in and have a technical question about equipment, you don't need to track down one of the guys, cuz the girl at the front counter will have your answer like a pro.
