My buddy and I needed a airless paint sprayer a few days ago. So I called around and found out that Benny's Spray Center was the cheapest price per day on a rental sprayer. So when we got there we knew we picked the right place. The equipment that they sell,service, and rent are all top quality and they have a lot of antique decor of the 40's and 50's gas station or auto,and equipment type stuff that was really cool. It felt like we went back in time. The girl behind the counter(I didn't get her name) was polite,very professional and was real knowledgeable on the what we were renting and what's gonna work best with it. It's been awhile since we've been in a place where every employee is so professional and knowledgeable about their product. It was like the old days before the big stores like Home Depot, or Lowes came along. Not only did they beat the big stores prices, but they handled there business like how things used to be and still should be. My partner and I were really impressed by this place. Our trip there was just to rent a sprayer for the day, but it was refreshing to come across a business that does things right, like the "good old days". My only wish is that I would have found Benny's Spray Center years ago. The place is in a great location too. Convientantly located off the 99 freeway, East Fremont St. Exit and it's there on the left. And remember, when you go in and have a technical question about equipment, you don't need to track down one of the guys, cuz the girl at the front counter will have your answer like a pro. read more

Benny's is the man, the king of the spraying business, he is a guru in paint sprayers and pressure washers, I works for him for a year and a few months. I never met someone more hard working, and dedicated then Benny. I left the job because of a big difference in pay, and well family comes before anything, l didn't leave for no bad reason, I am now making the post because it's been a while and Benny and I are still friends. He doesn't cheat people, he's old school honest and stands by his words. To me I absolutely recommend Benny's spray Center for quality work and the honor to say that the best in the business touched your paint sprayer or pressure washer. Went here to buy paint and the women with no teeth tells me they don't sell paint. How do you own a business that rents spray machines but doesn't sell paint? That's beyond me. Place is outdated and very unsanitary. On top of that nobody is wearing a mask, so if you haven't caught covid yet this is the perfect place to get it at. Leave you political views at home as well. Only business I have seen that has a big "Trump 2024" sign out in the front. read more

I have taken my pressure washer to 3 different shops in California, and none of them have figured it out. Brought my pressure washer to Benny's and it was good as new! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to my needs, even offered me fresh popcorn! They got me in and out and repaired my washer within a couple of days. Benny's Spray Center is by far the friendliest and fastest shop we have encountered. We live in Sacramento and was looking everywhere for a place to get our pressure wash trailer made for our business, and either everyone was in LA or they were close by to us but they were expensive or never even called us back. But with Benny we always got to talk to him or one of his amazing employees. When the trailer came in he took the time to show us how everything worked and even adjusted some things that he didn't have to do. Me and my young son were waiting inside and the staff was so welcoming and of course the popcorn was a hit with my son and the extremely sweet lab there. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we won't be going anywhere else for our equipment needs. In the process of 'completing' our garage, we needed to rent a pressure washer. We were helped by a very professional young man who was upbeat, and intent on making sure our needs were met. We happened to be served by Nelson again when returning the washer, and again, we experienced respectful service with a smile. Folks, this kind of 'customer-is-first' attitude hardly exists anymore! I needed a high pressure bleed valve for my airless paint sprayer. Benny's Spray center had one. They sold me a 5000 pound valve for $91.00 plus tax. I asked if I could return it and the girl, who took my credit card, said, yea, I guess so. I asked about returning the valve because there is a hydraulic shop not far from Benny's. The Hydraulic shot did have a high pressure valve that could handle 7000 pounds of pressure and it was only $23.00. I returned to Benny's and they would not refund the money. Benny is a hands on business man that personally takes care of his customers. I live in San Jose and I went to Spray Center on Lewis road and those guys are pretty good, but real jerks and are rude. I asked them if they could just take a few minutes to see if it was a quick fix and they said that they would need to have my Graco Mark IV Sprayer for 3-5 days because they were backed up. The price they quoted me was $112 for an easy fix and who knows if it needs something else So I said to hell with that. ..I might as well take my chances with this guy Benny in Stockton. I called Benny ahead of time and he said that if I get it to him soon that he would take a look at it the same day. So I went to Benny's and I explained what my worker did - that he didn't prime the pump when he cleaned the machine and Benny said "is that all"? He said that being that I came from San Jose that he was going to take a look at it right then and there. I was elated! He could have worked me over for hundreds of dollars if he wanted to, being t hat this is a $5500 machine. Instead he went right to the problem and "bing bam! He had my Sprayer running like a Champ. Then I asked him what I owed him and he said $35.... $35!!! Are you kidding me. I gave him $100 bill and told him to keep the change. I have been a long time customer of Benny's spray center and as of today I will no longer be giving Benny's any of my business after the way I was treated by Benny's wife and later by Benny himself. I had purchased a part from Benny's that was a faulty part and didn't work. I went to exchange the part for a new one. To my surprise Benny's wife approached me with a very unwelcoming and down right rude attitude. In asking her to exchange the part she told me that because I didn't have my receipt with me she was not willing to help me. I told her I just bought the part a week or so before and I asked her if she could look at my credit card as proof of purchase to which she said she wasn't willing to do, she then started to become very combative and unwilling to help me. She acknowledged that I had been a customer of over 20 years but didn't trust that I had just bought this part and began accusing me of not being honest. I became rather frustrated at her unwillingness to help me. She then told me that she no longer wanted to deal with this situation and told me to leave. I told her that I was unhappy with the customer service she was providing and I would be contacting Benny himself to help me out with this. As I had already been in communication with Benny about purchasing approximately $16,000 worth of equipment in the next day or two to which she accused me of lying about having any intentions on buying this equipment. At this point she became very irate and came at me. Her employees had to hold her back from getting in my face very aggressively. She then became verbally insulting. As I got into my truck to leave she then picked up a hose reel and as she attempted to throw it towards my windshield her employees restrained her. I am a small business owner myself and I do my best to support other small businesses but Benny's has treated me so unprofessionally that I will no longer be supporting such a horrible store. Today I did purchase $16,000 worth of equipment but this small business has lost out and forced me to take my business elsewhere. Please do business with Benny's Spray Center at your own risk. Over the years I have purchased a pressure washer and paint sprayer along with the associated supplies to go along with them from Benny's. Service has been ok but recently I came in for a friend. The oil level window on his pressure washer broke. He had purchased the pump from Benny's about 2 years ago. Benny said they no longer carry that pump and would not get a new viewing window for us as it would require him to purchase a bulk pack. I left and returned to my friends shop. We found the manufacturer of the pump on the Internet and called them in Canada. Without any issue they immediately sent us a new window free of charge. For a small business to survive I expected better customer. No more of my money is being spent at bennies. read more
